This beautiful villa sits on the coast of Greece, offering stunning sea views. It’s just 3.3 kilometres from Korakia beach and 5 kilometres from Porto Heli, where you can dine out and shop for souvenirs. The villa is contemporary and cool, with sleek finishes. We love the hammam-style bathroom in particular. If you’re anything like us, though, you’ll spend most of your time outside, swimming in the private pool, lounging on the terrace, and gazing at the yachts cruising by. 

Aegean Aria

With panoramic views over the saltwater Lake Vouliagmeni, Mount Hymettus and the Gulf of Corinth – this home is inspiring. It’s easy to escape the everyday stresses of life here. However, we think you'll want to spend most of your time admiring the sea views from the fabulous outdoor space. If you want to visit a beach with more facilities, then Petrothalassa Beach is just three kilometres away – it's great for snorkelling and you can even rent a boat. The resort town of Porto Cheli is also three kilometres away, where you'll find restaurants serving local seafood, chic bars and a gorgeous marina.

The Ethereal

It's fair to say that each of the Greek islands has a distinct identity and Spetses appeals to those fond of the finer things in life, with plenty of high-end restaurants and boutiques dotted across the map. You'll also find some rather impressive villas, such as this majestic home.

Spread across three floors, the star of the show has to be the swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with loungers on which to dry off after a dip. Up on the top floor, you'll find another terrace with pleasingly green views, but if you need a break from the sun, there's a verandah with a dining table and a hammock practically begging for a post-lunch snooze.

The interior feels typically Greek with whitewashed walls, shuttered windows and a few boho touches in the furnishings and decorations. The glass doors on the ground floor bring in plenty of natural light, as well as a burst of fresh air when swung open. We've also got kind words for the contemporarily styled kitchen in a dashing shade of grey, too.

When it comes to seeing a little more is the island, there are small beaches within three hundred metres of the home, while the larger Kaiki beach takes about ten minutes to reach on foot. The port town of Spetses is a similar amount of time in the opposite direction and offers a great choice of restaurants and a pair of museums to explore.
