This beautiful Greek villa is a short drive from the town of Andros – a real coastal gem, with ocean views and walking distance to local beaches. Everything has been considered for little ones and grown-ups alike, with a desk corner in one room and children's toys in another. There's a large dining table indoors for sharing meals, and another on the balcony, alongside lounge seating for lazy evenings watching the sun go down. There are plenty of coastal hiking trails to explore, and in Andros, you'll find authentic eateries, bars, and boutiques.

Golden Sands Villa

This charming villa boasts 3 bedrooms, a Jacuzzi bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a private seasonal pool amidst olive trees. Coastal Harmony

Perched right in front of the sea and offering views of Messinian Bay, this apartment delivers on location. Exploring Kalamata on foot is easy, with local taverns, restaurants, and bars within easy reach. The beach and port are also just across the street. Back home, you can rest your feet in the modern living space. Although the lofted main bedroom is comfortable and contemporary, it isn't the most private since it overlooks the lounge. Guests five and six will also be sleeping on a sofa bed, so we think it's best for shorter trips. Overall, the home lacks some creature comforts – including a washing machine and proper air conditioning – but it's a convenient place to unwind between adventures.

Messenian Magic

For a characterful, scenic stay on a staggeringly beautiful Greek island, choose this blue-and-white villa with mesmerising sea views. Flourishing olive and palm trees huddle around the two-bedroom home and its pool, providing that all-important privacy and seclusion you've been seeking.

When you're not sunbathing poolside or dining on the terrace, enjoy the mood-lifting aesthetic that's carried through the villa. It begins with the punchy blue shutters and continues with the technicolour textiles in the open living space. We're particularly fond of the Persian-style rugs scattered across the rooms, adding a homely and bohemian flair.

The picturesque port of Loutraki is just a fifteen-minute walk away. Watch fishing boats come and go as you sip coffee at a waterfront taverna. If you're up for a drive, Skopelos town is forty minutes away – pass through luscious landscapes on your way, peppered with red-roofed buildings and traditional churches. When you arrive, meander through colourful narrow streets lined with craft shops and tavernas, overlooking the azure-hued Aegean sea.

A Song to Sing

One in a series of three private homes, this whitewashed abode is just 1 kilometre from Kastraki beach. There isn’t a swimming pool here, but it does have a balcony and a terrace with a barbecue – perfect for alfresco dining. Your host can also help organise a range of extra services, including massage treatments, guided island tours and car rentals. Housekeeping is included in your stay, plus you’ll find a welcome basket provided for your arrival. And for a taste of the island’s vibrant spirit, head to Naxos town – just 16 kilometres away. 

Blue of the Moon

Looking every bit like a sanctuary with rustic stone walls, bohemian flair and breathtaking views of the Pagasitic Gulf, this is the perfect getaway for couples or solo trips. The kitchen is small, but it has what you need to cobble together light bites to eat alfresco. Though there's enough space for three to occupy the studio, it might not feel the most private. There's a shared swimming pool, and Karnagio Beach is reachable by car. The location also sets you up to explore the natural beauty of the southern part of Pelion.


The Pagasitic

This beautifully designed villa on the northern side of Corfu is the ideal place for a family holiday or a trip among friends. It is spread out over three separate buildings, with each bedroom having its own ensuite. We love the cosy outdoor seating around the pool and the fact that you can walk down to the beach from the property. The villa is surrounded by orchards and olive trees, which compliment its setting and add to the serene feel of the place. 

Ode To Kerkyra

There’s a boho-luxe feel to this studio-style apartment in the Tinos countryside. Despite its petite size, it’s got a full kitchen and living area alongside the comfy bed. A single sofa bed can accommodate a child and there’s a working fireplace for the rare chilly evening. Stepping out to the private patio, you’ve got a table and chairs for sundowners and you can pad straight to the shared barbecue kitchen and hydrotherapy plunge pool. Hopping in the car, the white-washed villages and secluded bays of Tinos are on your doorstep. 

Green Olives

Nestled in an olive grove alongside two other villas, this home offers the best of both worlds – a rural retreat with easy access to the coast. Unfussy in style, it’s perfect for a family or two couples seeking a Greek island escape – just bear in mind that the bedroom on the first floor is semi-open to the space below, and the en-suite shower is open to the bedroom, so privacy is limited. For days not spent poolside, the pebble beach of Agios Isidoros is a mere five-minute drive away. 

Olive & Blue

Enjoy a serene stay in peaceful Voula at this modern apartment, located just 1km from the coast. This home’s crown jewel is its beautiful wrap-around balcony, which offers an amazing sea view over the Saronic Gulf, and where you’ll also find a hot tub where you can sit, soak and take in the gorgeous vista around you. This home features muted and minimalistic interiors which give it a calm and relaxed feel, with large windows to bring the stunning sea view inside.

Start each day with a dip in the balcony hot tub while you sip on a freshly squeezed OJ and watch the sun come up over the beautiful ocean in front of you. Come inside and cook up some delicious Greek scrambled eggs and dine all together at your stylish dining set, while you discuss how to spend your day. There’s a bus stop nearby where you can easily get to the city centre, and find chic shops, gourmet restaurants and bustling bars. Return to your lovely home and sip on some sundowners on your balcony as you watch the sunset, or get cosy around the fireplace with a glass of wine and talk into the night about the best moments from your trip.

Ocean Viewpoint

Located in the picturesque Peloponnesian region of Greece, this villa boasts a unique blend of contemporary design and classic comfort. Designed with outdoor living in mind, you’ll have a private infinity pool, alfresco dining terrace, vegetable garden and tennis courts to make use of. The kids are bound to appreciate the ping pong table, but if they tire of that they can always head down to the basement for a few games of pool or a movie night. Two beautiful beaches are just 400 metres away, and the local area is home to traditional Greek fish taverns and cafes which make for an authentic experience.
