Nestled within a garden of whispering Cyprus trees, this home is a private oasis on the north-eastern coast of Corfu. From here, you can wind your way down to a small beach or adventure further afield to Barbati Beach (just a fifteen-minute drive away). It’s also just a twenty-minute drive to Corfu Town – making this a great spot for those in search of adventure and total relaxation. By sunset, the terrace lends itself perfectly to evening drinks and barbecue meals. Housekeeping is included in your stay and there is a concierge service offering sweet extras like private chefs and massage treatments. It’s also worth noting two of the bedrooms are located in an independent guest house – offering a wonderful sense of privacy.  

The Way of Serenity 

Despite its modest appearance, this villa is a sun-kissed retreat. The biggest draw is the garden, where a sparkling swimming pool, ancient olive trees and a shaded terrace aim to please. Inside, the design is bright and contemporary – albeit not the most exciting – but all the mod-cons are accounted for, including a nice soaker tub in the main en-suite. As for location, it's a fifteen-minute drive from Corfu Town, and you'll find Kontokali's restaurants, shops, and sandy beach nearby, too.

Grecian Alabaster

Located just 100 metres from Nissaki Beach, this comfortable apartment offers an ideal base for those looking to spend a blissfully relaxing break on Corfu’s dazzling coast. 

Make your way up the stairs framed by vines and colourful flowers and step straight onto your private terrace with its far-reaching views of the Ionian Sea. Whether you’re starting your days here with a Greek breakfast or ending the night with a celebratory sundowner while the stars twinkle above, you’ll love gazing out at the mesmerising scenery all around you. Inside your home, meanwhile, the open-plan living area sets a welcoming scene with its pared-back contemporary decor and pretty archway leading to the equally comfortable bedroom. You’ll have no trouble finding a peaceful night’s sleep here, sure to leave you feeling rested and ready for another day of adventure. 

Speaking of fun, you’ve also got access to a communal pool just 50 metres from your door, not to mention, a snack bar, restaurant and a separate shared terrace equipped with a barbecue for sociable alfresco feasts. 


Ionian Vines

Here’s how an average day reads at this sea-facing villa perched just a short flip-flop from the dazzling waters of Barbati Beach. First, slide back the glass doors for some morning sea air on the oh-so-private terrace as you savour lazy breakfasts and freshly brewed coffees followed by a morning dip in the pool.

Next, it’s off to the beach (just 600 metres away) to bag yourselves a spot along the smooth pebble sands of the shore. The turquoise, calm waters here are made for snorkelling and swimming.

Time to beat the midday heat? Then dive into one of the local restaurants set back from Barbati’s Beach for a meze spread and a crisp glass of Retsina. On your way home, you can always swing by the local markets to pick up the night’s dinner (the local seafood is phenomenal here), before heading back to this pristine, newly-built villa. While kids have one last go splashing about in the pool, you can fire up the barbecue to cook up a alfresco feast. Then all that’s left to do is find your perch for a sunset spectacle over sundowners. It's everything you've been dreaming of. 

The Sea Around Us

At the foothills of Mount Pantokrator, we think this villa's highlight is its dining terrace with Ionian Sea views. Not only will you find Nissaki Beach a stroll from here, but Greek tavernas and restaurants are less than 1.5 kilometres away – we recommend car hire for exploration. While the traditional interior might not appeal to everyone, the olive tree-lined pool is a lovely spot to laze. Plus the available excursions and baby travel equipment make it a nice pick for families.

Circles of Light

Perched on a picturesque hillside surrounded by olive trees in northern Corfu, this villa has a gorgeous view of the Ionian Sea and the island's coastal villages in the distance. 

Thankfully, there's no shortage of ways to admire this landscape, whether you're seated on one of the bedroom's balconies, enjoying a dinner cooked on the barbecue underneath the pergola, or even paddling about in the swimming pool. Thanks to the tables out on the terrace, you can even drink in the scenery while playing a spot of ping-pong or pool.

Inside, the home is gloriously bright as a result of the generous amount of floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. The stark white walls and sleek surfaces work to accentuate this natural light, while welcome bursts of colour come from the furnishings and artwork. We're glad to see a fireplace in the living room, which will be the perfect setting once the sun goes down.

If you fancy a day at the seaside at any point, Barbati Beach only takes fifteen minutes or so to reach in the car. Nymfes Waterfall sits twenty-five minutes' drive in the other direction, as well.


Summer Sojourn

Bright and spacious with views of the Ionian Sea, you’ll find peace and relaxation in spades at this Greek villa. Spend sunshine days admiring the watery horizon as you take advantage of the stretching terrace. Slip out of the crystalline pool and onto the sun lounger when you’re working on your tan, or read your book sprawled out on the garden furniture. Dine al fresco in the shade of the gazebo, and when you need a second to yourself, find seclusion on the glass-eclosed balcony. 

We can see how you might find it difficult to leave the fresh ocean breeze and sunshine behind but allow the outdoors to follow you inside by opening the sliding doors and large windows. Tuck yourself away on the sofa as you sip coffee whilst reading about Achilles or Athena, and when you’re ready to explore, find Krouzeri Beach only minutes away. Visit the Blue Caves nearby and swing by one of the local restaurants for lunch.

Keys to Nissaki

Located near the picturesque Danilia Village, where one of the James Bond films was shot, this home is just as sleek and sophisticated as 007 himself. Inside, style unfurls in a neutral palette of white, grey and black, and the kitchen is proof enough of the high level of luxury on offer here, but you’ll find more evidence woven through the rest of the home. 

The indoor pool, for one, is lit with dozens of lights that penetrate the crystalline, heated waters like little pinpricks, whilst the outdoor swimming pool gives way to a beautiful space of relaxation. The latter is where you’ll likely spend most of your sun-drenched days taking advantage of the coastal weather by barbecuing lunch in the loggia, where you can also dine al fresco. 

Walk the grounds and socialise as the kids run around on the expansive green, and when you’re up for a day out, hit the beach – only minutes away – or the marina. Grab lunch at a local taverna or pick up fresh produce so you can cobble your own meals together. Grab snacks and drinks and make yourself comfortable in front of the projector for a family night of movies. 

For Your Eyes Only

This delightful hidden gem is like something from a dream. From the cooling water of the private infinity pool, gaze out past the gorgeous green forest to the sparkling sea beyond and watch as the sailboats quietly pass by. While you enjoy your swim with the quiet of nature surrounding you, others may decide to curl up on the day bed, sip a glass of bubbly, and get lost in a good book. As outdoor living makes its way into the villa, natural materials and grand windows welcome the sunlight with open arms. Ideal for social living, we love the open-plan space with comfortable cushions to sink into. Located in Kommeno, if you fancy an evening off cooking, you’re ideally situated for some delicious local cuisine. After a restful night’s sleep, watch the sunrise with your feet up on the chaise under the sweet pergola – you’re bound to start the day with a smile.

This luxurious villa is perched above the beach of Barbati, and is just a short walk there for when you’re craving a pina colada by the ocean. You’re also within easy reach of the central piazza of Barbati, where you’ll find plenty of welcoming bars and restaurants to create more memories in.

Stretching from Corfu Town up to the Albanian mainland in the distance, the panoramas are on show from all angles here. Whether you’re bobbing about in the aqua-blue pool, sun-worshipping on the rooftop terrace leading off the bedroom, or relishing a lazy Mediterranean meze lunch beneath the shade of the alfresco dining area. And if you’re impressed now, wait until sunset – that’s a memory right there.

Inside, while the pared-back interiors of this newly-built home won’t be winning any design gongs anytime soon, everywhere feels gloriously clutter-free and pristine. And extended family or friends will love the sense of space, with bedrooms set apart over the two floors and each with its own bathroom.

By the Ionian Sea

This beautifully designed villa on the northern side of Corfu is the ideal place for a family holiday or a trip among friends. It is spread out over three separate buildings, with each bedroom having its own ensuite. We love the cosy outdoor seating around the pool and the fact that you can walk down to the beach from the property. The villa is surrounded by orchards and olive trees, which compliment its setting and add to the serene feel of the place.
