In June 2022, The Aegean Retreat underwent a complete renovation and is now ready to welcome guests. Perched on a hillside with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Rineia and Tinos, this 150sqm modern Cycladic house boasts four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a spacious balcony, and an outdoor lounge patio spanning 80 sqm.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide light cleaning service every two days and bathroom amenities, fresh linen, towels, and bathrobes. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, 55" Smart 4KTV with satellite and Netflix, YouTube, safety boxes in all bedrooms, hairdryers, washing machine, and a dishwasher.

Currently, the private swimming pool is under construction and will be available for the summer season of 2023. The villa features a beautiful garden patio where guests can relax and enjoy the most amazing sea and sunset views in Mykonos.

We could easily spend all day on the terrace, drinking wine in the sun and watching the boats bob in the harbour as the tide rises and falls. A former mayor's residence, this home was built in 1850 and has oodles of character inside – think beams on the high ceilings and shutters on the windows. Made up of a main house and two guest houses, we think this is a great choice for friend groups or families with members that might want a little extra privacy. Kalafatis Beach is only a short walk away, but we recommend driving into Mykonos Town, which is around fifteen minutes away by car.

Although it's more than likely, you'll want to sample the local restaurants here, the small kitchen space gives you the option of preparing your own light bites here too.

Gazing out over the Aegean Sea and just up from a beach, this idyllic home caught our eye with its stunning outdoor spaces, great for catching some sun or enjoying the heat from the shade. With four double bedrooms (all featuring sea views) for six guests, you'll have flexible sleeping arrangements, ideal if you're travelling with kids or groups of friends. You may have neighbours here, but you should hardly notice – no areas are shared communally, so that gorgeous pool is all yours. While you are a little far from the action, as you might expect, the nearest restaurant is less than a mile away – and we think the seclusion only adds to the charm.
