You may have neighbours here, but you should hardly notice – no areas are shared communally, so that gorgeous pool is all yours. While you are a little far from the action, as you might expect, the nearest restaurant is less than a mile away – and we think the seclusion only adds to the charm.

One of a pair of villas perched on a hilltop on the east side of Mykonos, guests staying here are treated to a simply stunning view of rolling green hillsides, some of the island's beaches and the Aegean Sea stretching beyond.

It's the sort of panorama that you'll barely tire of gawping at and fortunately, there are plenty of spots where you can do just that. The swimming pool in the middle of the outdoor space is one option, but the scenery is no less impressive from one of the loungers or the table underneath the pergola.

If the exterior is dominated by bright colours, it's the complete opposite when you step inside the home. Cleansingly white walls, ceilings and furnishings are both strikingly modern and instantly soothing on hot afternoons. Much like many a contemporary art gallery, they also act as a blank canvas, particularly in the bedrooms where some upliftingly colourful murals have been added.

Even better, just five minutes in the car will get you to some local attractions, like the village of Ano-Mera and its market, as well as the beaches of Kalo Livadi, Agia Anna, Lia and Kalafati.

Of course, we highly recommend heading out and exploring the breathtaking island while you're here, with Mykonos Town literally on your doorstep, restaurants and bars are a sure thing and bound to pack a culinary punch, while the Old Port is just a fifteen-minute walk away and is perfect for Instagram-worthy beach days.

In June 2022, The Aegean Retreat underwent a complete renovation and is now ready to welcome guests. Perched on a hillside with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Rineia and Tinos, this 150sqm modern Cycladic house boasts four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a spacious balcony, and an outdoor lounge patio spanning 80 sqm.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide light cleaning service every two days and bathroom amenities, fresh linen, towels, and bathrobes. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, 55" Smart 4KTV with satellite and Netflix, YouTube, safety boxes in all bedrooms, hairdryers, washing machine, and a dishwasher.

Currently, the private swimming pool is under construction and will be available for the summer season of 2023. The villa features a beautiful garden patio where guests can relax and enjoy the most amazing sea and sunset views in Mykonos.

The upper level of the villa houses the dining and lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking sea and sunset views. The loft comprises a bedroom with two single beds, while the ground level features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor patio garden with sun loungers.

The villa is conveniently located within driving distance of several beautiful beaches and popular Mykonos attractions, including Ornos, Agios Ioannis, Megali Ammos, Psarou, Platys Gyalos, Paragka, Paradise beach, Ftelia, and Panormos beach. The property is beautifully designed and offers eight outstanding bedroom suites, an exceptional infinity swimming pool, a relaxation or children's pool, a playroom, fabulous artworks, top-notch, elegant furnishings and idyllic relaxation and entertainment spaces inside and out. Kyros Estate offers its own private, secluded bay with the possibility to anchor.

The property is totally enchanting. With a magical blend of gorgeous, contemporary furnishings and decor together with charming Mykonian style elements, it is extremely comfortable, serene and peaceful. Its 8 luxurious bedroom suites include stunning, dazzling bathrooms and there are also a contemporary kitchen, an atmospheric indoor dining room, a playroom and a guest cloakroom. Paradise and Paraga Beaches are extremely well organised and provide brilliant entertainment day and night. Internationally renowned DJ's such as Tiesto arrive to enthral partygoers with their incredible sets which continue into the night. We recommend alfresco dining and sunset drinks. Whilst the focus is on the outdoor space here, the interior is minimal and modern. There are many doors, especially leading out from bedrooms, that keep the connection to the beautiful outdoors firmly in place. Good looks and a great location? Sounds blissful.
