Perched on a hillside in Kastraki, this Naxos villa is all about chilling out with a view. Two bedrooms, a living space with sofa bed, and a private pool make it ideal for lazy mornings and long afternoons under the sun. It's minimalistic, but has everything you need for a peaceful stay. When you’re ready to move, beaches like Mikri Vigla, Kastraki and Aliko are just minutes away, along with tavernas, a supermarket, and top spots for windsurfing and kiteboarding. 

Above The Coast

Tucked away near a sheltered beach in Alyko, next to the cedar forest, is this lovely villa. It’s in a peaceful spot, with plenty of privacy from its neighbouring villas, so it’s a great choice for those hoping to relax and unwind. 

Wake up each morning to sunlight streaming into the calm villa, with its exposed stone walls, simple white colour palette, and natural wood touches. Prepare breakfast to enjoy out on the terrace, before slipping into the private pool for a dip. You might stroll over to the golden sands and clear water of the beach, before returning to the villa for cocktails on the rooftop. Watch from the hot tub as the sun sinks in the sky towards the sea. It’s a wonderful view.  


Cedar & Sand

This villa has serious wow-factor. It can be found on the island of Naxos, nestled below green hills and with sweeping views out to sea. The home is luxurious yet tranquil, with comfort and style at the forefront. 

The interior features a monochromatic colour scheme softened with natural timber and wicker. There’s an understated bohemian vibe, with a real focus on gathering as a group to enjoy each other’s company. A beautiful outdoor dining area is softly lit, allowing the focus to be on the view – it’s magnificent when the sun sets. 

After enjoying your morning coffee on the terrace, slip into the pool’s refreshing water. Whether you swim laps or simply gaze out over the infinity edge is up to you. Once you’ve dried off in the sun – on the exceptionally comfy sun loungers – you might be ready to explore the surrounding area. 

If a day on the beach is on the cards, you have two to choose from a short drive away. Kastraki beach has white sand, calm water and the chance to take it easy. For a livelier afternoon, plump for Paralia Glifada where you can take on kite surfing and a series of water sports. Naxos Town is fifteen kilometres away, so it’s ideal for dinners out or afternoons strolling the narrow streets and admiring the architecture. However you spend your stay, you’re sure to remember this spectacular villa fondly. 


Wicker & White

Located moments from the golden sands of Plaka Beach, this villa pairs Cycladic charm with a contemporary edge. Set across two levels, its light-filled living space opens onto a terrace where a private pool, shaded dining area and sea views set the tone for unhurried days. With the shoreline, tavernas and beach bars within easy reach, it's a relaxing base for a Grecian escape. 

Ocean's Echo Inn

Contemporary and charming, this villa ticks all our boxes for a getaway in Naxos. For starters, we love the design – simple Cycladic architecture effortlessly blends with modern style to create a relaxing sanctuary. Both bedrooms feature sumptuous mattresses and private bathrooms – there's a lush bathtub and a sunny balcony in the main suite – while the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking Grecian delicacies. Outside on the terrace, a refreshing pool is perfect for afternoon dips, a pergola-covered dining area is fit for alfresco feasts and lounge chairs make the most of the endless sunshine. As the day draws to a close, the sky is painted pink and purple, creating a heavenly backdrop for cocktail hours and family dinners.

Best of all is the location, right on the outskirts of buzzing Naxos Town (known as Chora to the locals) – you'll find restaurants, cafes and boutiques aplenty tucked along the town's narrow lanes. The Blue Flag-awarded Aghios Georgios beach is a twenty-minute stroll away if sun-bathing and swimming are on your to-do list. But, if you prefer a bit more activity, Laguna Beach (fifteen minutes on foot) is a haven for windsurfing.

Crown of Stars

Found on a Naxos hillside overlooking the glittering Aegean Sea, this villa honours the spirit of Greece with its Cycladic design. Sunbathe out on the sunloungers, under grassy umbrellas, and enjoy an afternoon cocktail with a good helping of admiration for the breathtaking, panoramic vistas. 

Meals of meze will feel more like a celebration as you dine al fresco in the sea-salt breeze, and when you’ve cleared plates away, you can move to the bench seating instead to carry on conversations with a glass of wine in hand. 

With so much beauty, and a good measure of tranquillity, too, you might be tempted to spend long, leisurely days reading curled up in the living room or lying in late with a cup of coffee and a crossword puzzle to work on, but this island demands exploration. 

Head to one of three beaches within proximity or spend the day windowshopping in Naxos Town. Seek out a taverna for an authentic taste of Greece and return home in time to watch the sunset from within the private swimming pool.

Of Palm & Sea

Gaze out at an expansive vista of ancient olive groves, azure blue skies and a hazy streak of sea from this modern villa on Naxos' southern coast. Just twenty minutes from the lively main town, here you'll experience peace, quiet and affection for the Greek way of living.

Apollo Abode

There isn’t a swimming pool here, but it does have a balcony and a terrace with a barbecue – perfect for alfresco dining. Your host can also help organise a range of extra services, including massage treatments, guided island tours and car rentals. Housekeeping is included in your stay, plus you’ll find a welcome basket provided for your arrival. And for a taste of the island’s vibrant spirit, head to Naxos town – just 16 kilometres away. 

Blue of the Moon

Caught between mountains and the sea isn’t at all a bad place to be when you’re aiming for relaxation and rejuvenation. Lucky for you, this villa with its beautiful Cycladic architecture and seaside colour palette, has your best interests at heart. Which is exactly why everything about it – from the egg chair in the bedroom to the shared pool and sunloungers – is set up for you to simply unwind. Spend lazy mornings in bed or sitting out on the balcony with a cup of freshly-brewed coffee. When the mood strikes, take a dip in the pool before a long afternoon sunbathing, listening to that special holiday playlist you spent hours creating. If you fancy wandering off site, there are beaches, monuments, and castles to be seen, and if you’re feeling especially adventurous, you can take up windsurfing at Orkos Beach.

Blue & Twine

This no-fuss villa on the west coast of Naxos Island is an ideal spot to unwind in the sunshine, just a short distance from Maragkas Beach. If you’re in the mood for lively restaurants or a dose of history and culture, Naxos Town is only a short drive away. It’s all about outdoor living here, with terraces and balconies offering plenty of space to spread out. The pool and outdoor shower provide a refreshing escape from the midday heat, and when hunger strikes, the barbecue is perfect for grilling up a storm.


Aegean Coast Embrace

Situated on the west coast of Naxos, this laid-back villa is a comfortable base from which to explore the island. The private terrace provides glimpses of the Aegean Sea and features a pool, perfect for escaping the midday heat. There’s also a dining table for alfresco meals, but keep in mind there isn’t much counter space in the kitchen, so we recommend prepping light bites rather than elaborate dishes. If you are hankering for a slap-up feast, you’re not far from traditional tavernas, and the restaurants and bars of Naxos Chora are only a short drive away.
