This newly built, cosy villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday in Paros. The villa is located at a scenic part of Paros overlooking the beautiful Aliki village. Hidden for full privacy with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Aegean sea and Antiparos island. The style of the villas is exquisite. The internal and external designed has been constructed to fit in with the carefree surroundings, offered to you.

The complex offers two villas, with a shared pool. There are offered either separately or together, for large parties of families or friends.

The facilities offered to you in one villa consist of 3 large double bed, bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms to match. Downstairs, a large open plan lounge dining area is available to you with a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to an outdoor dining area, situated on the large terrace, which is accompanied with a barbeque. Outside, you will, of course, be able to chill out by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. There is also a separate guest room for each villa. The house is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or lunch, there is a dishwasher and washing machine, iron, hairdryer, satellite TV. It is air-conditioned with onsite private parking, wireless internet, bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, coffee maker and alarm system.

A dream of a home, with flexible space for a large group or two families sharing, this place near Naoussa is two villas in one. In beautifully manicured, private gardens, it's spread across a vast site with an open aspect – from here you can see the rolling hills, the crystal-clear Aegean Sea and the private yachts in the bay. With all sorts of terraces, two main villas and two attached guest houses, everyone will have their own place to retreat to, but when they're ready to come together, there's a private pool and several covered seating spots big enough for everyone.

Just 500 metres from the nearby beach, and a five-minute drive from the resort itself, the villas are surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, and sitting outside you'll be able to pick up the scent of lavender, rosemary, jasmine and much more. Follow the path down to the pool terrace and pull up a sun lounger because we think you're likely to be here all day. And when you're not swimming or reading in the shade of the pergola, you'll no doubt find yourselves looking out at the glittering sea.

In the evenings, cook in traditional, well-equipped kitchens, spend time in your comfy living spaces – packed with character and dotted with wall art – or freshen up before dinner on the terrace. And you won't want to miss the sunsets around here – we recommend you enjoy them with a glass of local wine down by the pool.

Eleonora's Falcon

This villa sits in a complex of luxurious villas in Isterni, just 4 kilometres from Naousa. Here, you can enjoy a tranquil break while being within easy reach of the town’s nightlife and the port. Tsoukalakia beach is 2 kilometres away, and Ambelas beach is a short drive. The villa boasts its own private pool and a lovely terrace with views. There’s a shaded dining area and a barbecue, ideal for those lazy days in the sunshine. 

Step into the Sky

Perched on a Paros hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea, this property has a rather spectacular location. It's composed of two villas with a fabulous shared outside space, meaning there's plenty of room for all your guests to enjoy the serene setting. 

The interiors are simple yet chic, with crisp white walls and wooden furniture creating a tranquil ambiance. If you need to hide from the heat you can take refuge in your bedroom with a good book, or prepare a snack and a cool drink in one of the two kitchens. However, we think you'll want to spend most of your time outside soaking up the Greek sunshine. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, before firing up the barbeque for a delicious alfresco feast. As the sun sets over the water, you can admire the breathtaking views and raise a toast to the good life. 

A twelve-minute walk will bring you down to Paralia Aliki, a wonderful cove where you can relax on the sand. Refuel with some fresh seafood at one of the local tavernas, then hop on a boat trip to explore more of the coastline. And, if you take a fifteen-minute drive over to Parikia, the island's capital, you can admire the quaint cobbled streets and iconic Cycladic architecture. 

Secret Charm

Positioned near to the sandy shores of Santa Maria Beach, this beachside villa presents an idyllic space from which to soak up incredible views of the Aegean Sea and serene surroundings. From here, experiencing the picturesque island of Paros couldn't be easier as you'll be stationed just 3.5 kilometres away from the white-washed village of Nausa with its narrow stone-paved alleys, little taverns, and charming restaurants. 

That's if you can peel yourself away from the abundance of natural beauty and luxurious amenities found at the villa. Perfect for a family or group of friends, enjoy your slice of privacy without being too far away from the sights and attractions of Paros. The standout area of the villa (in our view) has to be the expansive rooftop terrace boasting vistas over the sparkling seascape. From up there, there is no better spot to enjoy the sunrise and sunset each day. You'll also find sun loungers and a shaded seating area – perfect for a mid-afternoon coffee on the comfortable patio sofas. 

Cool off with a dip in the plunge pool in the lower garden area before preparing a home-cooked dinner on the barbecue to be served at the alfresco dining area with direct views of the sea. 

In keeping with the Grecian surroundings, the interior designs reflect the blissful location just as beautifully. We particularly love the swing sofas found in the indoor living room – the laid-back vibe and bohemian aesthetic create an inviting space that makes it easy to unplug and unwind when staying here. 


Swaying Waves

Perched on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Bay of Paroika, this villa offers an array of private outdoor spaces and a shared sun-lounger-lined pool to complement the panorama. It's split over three levels, with bedrooms on the upper level and ground floor, making it ideal for families with older kids who want some space to themselves. The villa is just 6km from the island's main town and a short drive from the palm-fringed Agia Irini Beach. Head further inland, and you'll find the Monastery of Saint Arsenios, a whitewashed church with spectacular views of the whole island, as well as the Butterflies Nature Reserve (open June-September), within walking distance.

Petaloudes

This home on the island of Paros is a true sanctuary in every sense of the word. With plenty of space both inside and out, and a quiet location in the village of Aliki, it's the ideal place to press pause and recharge your batteries.

With a rustic stone exterior and thick white walls, the villa has a traditional air. The inside space is a haven of calm, with neutral shades and the occasional pop of colour, making you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. It's a great place to kick back and relax, but we think you'll want to spend most of your time outside soaking up the Greek sunshine. Stretch out on a lounger and catch some rays, before plunging into the pool and floating under the blue sky. And, when evening rolls around, you can fire up the barbeque and mix your favourite cocktails at the bar area. 

The village centre is just half a kilometre away from your front door, and has a small collection of restaurants and tavernas where you can dine on local fare. There's also a sandy beach with crystal clear water, and a picture-perfect harbour full of fishing boats. And, if you want to explore further afield, take a drive over to Parikia, the island's port – it's just 11km away and is full of gorgeous Cycladic architecture. 

Grand Stone

It’s a wonderful place to slow down and savour life’s simple luxuries. Like waking up to watch the sunrise from the terrace or swimming in the sea, and sharing beautiful meals as the sun sets. Days can be spent relaxing in this secluded haven or exploring the shimmering coastline. You’ll find it’s just a short drive to Golden Beach, and the picturesque village of Naoussa is a must-visit for its white-washed streets, tiny tavernas and authentic Greek style.

A few steps away from the serene sands of Glyfa, this dreamy villa places you in the very heart of the Cyclades. Only a stone's throw from the Aegean Sea, perhaps you'll try your hand at some adventurous kitesurfing before returning to shore for refreshments in the beachside cafe. Set against a beautiful backdrop, there are scenic picnics and fun-filled road trips to be had – you can even experience a bird's eye view of the island from a private helicopter.

With white-washed walls and little stone enclaves, this coastal home has been designed to complement its peaceful surroundings perfectly. Just imagine gathering your family for Greek yoghurt each morning at the breakfast bar. If duty calls, there's a bedroom desk ready to cater to all your remote working needs, though we recommend treating yourself to a professional massage afterwards. Come and kick your feet up in the pool and sip a glass of ouzo beneath sunset skies, as there's no better way to unwind in Paros.

Cycladic Magic

It's fair to say that nature has been kind to this hilltop villa on the island of Paros. As well as the stunning views of the mountainous landscape and the dazzling Aegean Sea, there's something of a microclimate at the address — the temperatures are generally two to three degrees lower than the rest of the island and there's substantially less humidity.

As you would hope, there are plenty of ways to enjoy this fortuitous weather. Outside, there's a long swimming pool and a private tennis court, as well as plenty of places to sit and take a breather, from the poolside verandah and hammocks to the alfresco dining area on the covered terrace. When you're feeling peckish, there's a stone barbecue and if you're not too skilled in the kitchen, don't fret — the home comes with a private chef who will prepare one meal a day for you. Where they can, they will use vegetables grown in the garden.

The home's interior manages to match its impressive exterior. The white marble floor, high ceilings and billowing muslin curtains make for a space that feels instantly cooling. The minimalist kitchen and dining area means that it can hold its own in the style stakes, too. The icing on the cake is a basement gym-come-games-room, which has exercise machines, yoga gear, a ping-pong table and even a wine cellar.

Although there are more than enough distractions across the two-acre site to never feel the need to leave, the village of Kostos sits within walking distance and the town of Naoussa takes seven minutes to reach in the car. Tsoukalia Beach is a similar distance away, too.

Lunar Power

This lovely home combines traditional features and a certain rustic charm with modern elements and amenities, creating a perfect balance between old and new. Set amid tranquil countryside around three kilometres from Parikia, the capital of charming Paros, and just three hundred metres from Parasporos Beach, the home enjoys a somewhat secluded and peaceful location. Spend days by the pool loafing on comfortable loungers or on the furnished veranda. Or sip a sundowner on the first-floor balcony, gazing out over the landscape and shimmering sea. Within the grounds, you will find eggs from free-range chickens, organic fruit and vegetables, and a wine cellar filled with local selections – all of which you are welcome to try during your stay.
