Santorini’s diverse history and landscapes make for a truly magical setting. In the northern region, this villa sets the tone for your visit to this incredible island. Whether you’re gazing in awe at the white architecture of Pyrgos, hiking rugged cliffs, or wandering down the coast of sandy beaches, its offering is simply unmatched. And just a fifteen-minute walk from Oia Castle and the same distance to the water’s edge, history and the natural world go hand in hand here.

This white structure has the traditional vibe that you might expect. But within, it's all about luxury. Arched living spaces feel cool and airy, with classic white walls and tiled floors adding to the effect. However, in one alcove you’ll find a romantic bedroom, and in other there’s an indoor hot tub. Pop some champagne to take into the bubbles in this opulent home.

An alternative is to head outside to the private roof terrace. Sunbeds and outdoor furniture make this a comfortable spot to gaze out to neverending views of the Aegean Sea. As it’ll be hot up here, put the champagne on ice and take a dip iny our private plunge pool – there’s no better way to cool off from the midday sun.

Moonstone Isle

The views over the caldera from this cave home’s terrace in Oia are stunning. There are not one, but two Jacuzzis to relax in, one indoors and one outdoors with incredible vistas, while inside, the décor is classic and charming. A few things to note, we’d say –  the wifi can be a bit patchy, especially towards the back of the house. Also, you don’t get a sunset or sunrise view, but the vistas are fabulous even without them and it’s just a few minutes’ stroll to a sunset vantage point in the town. In fact, the location is ideal as you can walk to boutiques, restaurants and bars. 

A Bit of Blue Skies

Now that's what we call a view – perfect for catching the sun setting behind the nearby volcanic island over cocktails. Inside, the home boasts plenty of Santorini style, with plenty of curves and vaulted ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are a little on the small side, but we suspect you'll want to spend as much time as possible outside here – the stunning Jacuzzi and terrace area are perfect any hour of the day or night, while the alfresco dining area is an ideal spot for breakfast. 

A Greek Wonder

This home, perched on a clifftop on Santorini, is a very special place indeed. Based on the island's distinctive architectural style, and with stunning views across the Aegean Sea, it's guaranteed to take your breath away. 

Built into the volcanic caldera rock, this home is a soothing respite from the hot Greek sun. The curved ceilings, natural textures, and soothing colour scheme create a sense of calm, and you'll soon come to realise why this style of building is so popular in this part of the world. Take your time with a pampering session in the incredible stone bathroom, before heading up to the roof terrace for a glass of wine as you watch the boats sailing below. There's even a Jacuzzi tub, so you can sink in for an alfresco soak beneath the stars. 

From here, you can wander down into the heart of Oia in a few minutes, to visit the blue-domed churches and artisanal boutiques lining the cobbled streets. When you get hungry there are plenty of local tavernas serving the catch of the day, freshly caught that morning. And, if you fancy a swim in the sea, then you can head to Katharos Beach – it's just a few minutes outside the town.

Power of the Earth

If you're looking for something simple, laid-back, but effortlessly luxurious and strikingly beautiful, then look no further than this gorgeous holiday apartment. Offering stunning views over the glittering turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea and the iconic Caldera of Santorini, this home encapsulates many of the things that we love about Greece – and the things that make it one of the most special, enduringly popular destinations in the world. 

Imagine starting your day on that incredible terrace, being greeted by a thousand different shades of blue as you gaze out over the spellbinding vista as you dip into the waters of the infinity pool for what must be one of the world's best wake-up calls. Perched on a cliffside in the village of Oia, this home affords you the opportunity to experience the joys of traditional Greek Island life, whilst also being close to the many attractions and amenities of the island. While away an hour or two by exploring the village, popping in and out of authentic shops, sunning yourself on the or slowing down to enjoy a leisurely beachside lunch of typical mezze dishes and mouth-wateringly fresh seafood. 

As evening rolls around, grab a glass of something cold and head for the terrace once again, from where you can watch as the sky turns from bright baby blue to an entrancing kaleidoscope of oranges, purples, and pinks during the world-renowned Santorini sunset. Yamas!

Bougainvillea on the Breeze

This compact villa offers open-plan studio-style space which is best suited to a couple, although the two sofa beds in the living area could be used for children. The wow factor here is the spectacular view across the Aegean Sea to the caldera, which can be enjoyed from the private hot tub, balcony and living area. There is a basic kitchenette for making coffee and snacks but there aren’t the facilities for cooking proper meals here. Luckily breakfast is included and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The coastal town of Oia, with its whitewashed houses carved into the cliffs, is on your doorstep and the rocky beach of Ammoudi, perfect for swimming, is less than a mile away.




Santorini Escape

Nestled among the craggy cliffs of Santorini, this cosy nook offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ideal for romantic retreats and solo getaways alike, the cave-like home boasts sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and a private tucked-away hot tub – all with the benefit of having the island's main town, Oia, on its doorstep. 

We expect you'll spend most of your time on the terrace of dreams, sipping cocktails and pinching yourself as you look out over the ocean. After a relaxing soak, head indoors and cool off in your bright living space. At this point, you might be craving the feel of the sea on your toes – it's a good thing your closest beach is just a twenty-minute downhill walk away. 

Come evening, stroll into the lively town centre and take a seat at a traditional taverna. Absorb the atmosphere as you pick at your meze and watch the sun dip into the inky blue expanse.

Azure Perch

Just outside Oia and set to a backdrop of the sparkling Aegean Sea, this converted canava is a true Grecian retreat. Here, smooth lines, white-washed walls and characterful curves dominate the design – we think it's bright, elegant and utterly relaxing. Although it's on the smaller side, everything you'll need is accounted for, from a rainfall shower in the en-suite bath to a compact yet fully-equipped kitchen. 

But it's the dazzling terrace that makes this home extra special. Underneath the arch, you'll find a refreshing plunge pool with whirlpool jets, perfect for late-night dips. On the veranda, you can drink in the unforgettable Santorini sunset (a bottle of wine, optional) and watch as the stars slowly come out overhead. The postcard-worthy views are downright magical – think caldera cliffs, glistening ocean and the famous castle all yours to behold – and the town is only a short walk away when you fancy restaurants, bars or a day of sightseeing.

Whispering Moon

This apartment is located in the picturesque village of Oia, the most famous village in Santorini. With its traditional narrow streets, blue-domed churches and sun-drenched verandas, Oia offers a serene and beautiful setting for a relaxing retreat. This home is on the small side, but it’s perfect for a romantic break or a solo trip. The private terrace and hot tub overlook the sparkling Aegean Sea, and you really couldn’t ask for a better view. While parking is possible at the entrance of the village, a car isn’t essential as the area is best explored on foot, with Katharos Beach just a 19-minute walk away.


Angel of the Sky

A stay on the serene island of Santorini is made even more special when you choose this glorious villa. Based in the peaceful village of Oia, you'll be within easy reach of some magnificent beaches here – and although there's no kitchen, the great location means you're within walking distance of some fabulous restaurants too.

Lovers of luxury can rejoice, as this home features some wonderfully opulent touches, such as robes and slippers, plus an indoor spa pool – a very rare find for a home that sleeps just four guests. The terrace here provides a breathtaking panoramic view overlooking the caldera, as well as the gorgeous white buildings of the village.

Everything you need is right here, but if you do want to explore, Oia and its delights are on your doorstep. Have a stroll around and admire the whitewashed houses carved into the rugged clifftops, or for a spot of culture, head to the Naval Maritime Museum, housed in a 19th-century mansion. Here, you’ll find exhibits such as ornate figureheads and models of old ships. Of course, there are plenty of boutiques, cafes and restaurants to discover too.
