Pink Sunsets

With expansive sea views on the horizon and a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy – including a hammock, alfresco dining table, and crystal-clear pool – it's easy to see why we added this home to our collection, even if the pastel decor might not be for everyone. Location-wise, it's set up to put you on the doorstep of some of Lefkada's best its. Drive to the beach, dine at authentic tavernas along the seafront, and explore Lefkada's town centre and marina to immerse yourself in all the island has to offer. 

Sunshine Over Stone

Located just a few metres from the vast sandy beach and turquoise waters of Agios Ioannis, this pink-coloured two-storey villa promises an effortless retreat for a family or small group of friends. 

Days begin outside, sipping a fresh Greek coffee on your pretty little balcony overlooking the shimmering sea. Lap up the gentle breeze and tranquillity of your natural surroundings, allowing yourself to adopt the slow pace of the island. Swim a couple of leisurely lengths before picking out a sun lounger for a serious tanning session, or perhaps you'll head to the beach for your dose of sand and surf. You're well catered for when it comes to alfresco areas, with a shaded dining table that comfortably seats the entire group, plus an outdoor kitchen for seamless outdoor living. 

Inside, oak floors and marble-tiled bathrooms add that extra level of luxury, while the homespun furnishings and decorative details will have you feeling welcome from the get-go. You'll have no trouble getting a good night's sleep in the comfortable bedrooms that benefit from direct access to the balcony. 

Head out to explore and in addition to the nearby beach, the charming town of Lefkas has plenty of fantastic tavernas and lively bars, just fifteen minutes away on foot. 

Salmon Fishing

Sea, sand and sun rays – what more could you want from an Aegean escape? This villa on the unspoiled island of Lefkada has it all, and more. Wake up to revitalising ocean views, then drift outside to feel the heat on your skin. The private pool is a blissful spot to gaze out at boats crawling across the horizon. Post-swim, lay on a lounger and tune in to the Greek chorus of cicadas.

The home has been built from natural stone from the area and roofed with old Byzantine tiles, giving it an authentically earthy feel. Inside, your hosts have modernised it with simple furnishings and a calming palette. You'll find everything you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or Greek-style lunch to enjoy on the shaded terrace. 

If you feel the pull of the sea, you'll be glad to hear the nearest beach, Vasiliki, is just a ten-minute drive away. En route, take in breathtaking views across the bay to dense greenery, dotted with traditional stone houses.

Grecian Dream

Perched right on the seafront at Halikounas, this gorgeous modern villa is fantastically well-equipped with everything you could need for an unforgettable stay on the beautiful Greek island of Corfu. Its carefully thought-out spaces feel open and expansive, almost as if the sea itself were lapping right at your feet as you recline in the elegant living area or out on the loungers of the terrace.

Spend long, sun-drenched days unwinding poolside or making the short hop to the waters of the Ionian. Or, head into town and experience some of that quintessential Greek charm in the local tavernas, where you can linger over a light lunch of wonderfully fresh seafood washed down with an ice-cold beer. This place is all about relaxation and taking it slow, so no matter how you spend the day, you're sure to end it feeling calm and revitalised. 

As the amber hues of evening begin to settle around you, head up to the roof terrace to appreciate the stunning sea view that stretches toward Korission Lake. Poseidon's Pad

Spread out over three levels, this immaculate hilltop villa dazzles guests with awe-inspiring views through floor-to-ceiling windows over the nearby village of Kariotes and the mainland. 

A luxurious open layout on the middle level provides several spots for your group to hang out together, with plenty of space to claim a corner to yourself. Step through the sliding doors for seamless access to the poolside patio and outdoor seating areas, where you're welcome to bask beneath clear blue skies or linger in the shade if the heat of the day proves a little too much.

Groups of couples will appreciate the privacy of the four bedrooms. A vast en-suite guestroom takes up the home's entire top level and offers a spectacular panorama, with two additional king-size bedrooms set across the home's middle and lower levels. Finally, a fourth room and separate sofa bed can be found in a self-contained studio.

Those tempted to leave this splendidly secluded spot will be rewarded with crystal-clear seas, secluded coves and dramatic white cliffs along the coast. Meanwhile, breathtaking woodland, challenging hikes and authentic villages characterise the island's unspoiled interior.

Nearby, the maze-like streets of Lefkada are well worth exploring. You can easily while away an afternoon and evening perusing its charming boutiques, enjoying a drink overlooking its yacht-lined marina, and dining in its traditional tavernas.

Villa Ithaca

Nestled within a garden of whispering Cyprus trees, this home is a private oasis on the north-eastern coast of Corfu. From here, you can wind your way down to a small beach or adventure further afield to Barbati Beach (just a fifteen-minute drive away). It’s also just a twenty-minute drive to Corfu Town – making this a great spot for those in search of adventure and total relaxation. By sunset, the terrace lends itself perfectly to evening drinks and barbecue meals. Housekeeping is included in your stay and there is a concierge service offering sweet extras like private chefs and massage treatments. It’s also worth noting two of the bedrooms are located in an independent guest house – offering a wonderful sense of privacy.

When you're ready to explore, make the short drive to Agia Efimia or venture further afield to Myrtos Beach, Sami, and Asos.

Infinite Horizons

A breathtaking stay awaits you at this divine villa. It sits in a peaceful and picturesque spot, nestled away on a hillside just a short drive from Lefkada's capital city. Built with Byzantine design elements in mind, this majestic home is easy to mistake for an ancient monastery – albeit, more suited to sun-worshippers than monks.

The elevated position means this home benefits from ocean views in one direction and mountain vistas in the other, and it certainly isn't short on places to sit back, relax and soak in these stunning surroundings. We especially love the outdoor pool, complete with in-pool loungers for ultimate relaxation – and the flower-filled courtyard is the perfect place for your morning coffee.

Heaven's Light

Offering plenty of outdoor space, we couldn't believe this two-storey Lefkada villa was only for four guests. Inside, the home is a little by-the-numbers, and the living area isn't the most spacious around, but it's plenty comfortable for when the sun gets too much. In the bedrooms, the Juliette balconies are a nice touch, and you can look forward to slowly waking up to the sun pouring through the large windows. With only a few places to eat nearby, you'll need a car here – though the nearest is only 100 yards away, you'll find plenty with a short drive.


This charming villa is located just 100 meters from the beach of Agios Ioannis, one of the best spots for kite surfing and windsurfing in Lefkada. The villa features an open-plan living room and kitchen that opens onto a garden and patio with a private pool. Guests can relax on the sunbeds, chairs, or dining table under the big pergola for shade by the pool. The luxury furnished living room contains satellite TV, DVD, CD, and radio. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with balconies providing a spectacular view of the open sea. The villa is air-conditioned and heated throughout and has oak floors throughout the house and marble-tiled bathrooms. An extra folding bed can be added to the living room if required. The location is perfect for exploring Lefkada Town or visiting mainland Greece's Preveza Airport, Nikopolis ruins, Igoumenitsa ferry port, Ioannina, or Athens.

The Essence of Earth

You'll find this sun-drenched villa just outside of cosmopolitan Lefkada. As far as locations go, we think it's the best of both worlds – it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a five-minute drive from Pefkoulia beach and fifteen from the bars, restaurants and shops in town. Whether swimming, sunbathing or sightseeing is on your to-do list, this is the perfect spot to set off and explore the island.

Inside, the living space is filled with light and features furniture hand-built by local craftsmen. Cooking is a breeze in the kitchen, the cosy sofa calls for laid-back movie nights and the bedrooms all have beautiful vistas en-suite bathrooms (the main has a jacuzzi tub). Speaking of, it's hard not to swoon over the sunny terrace, with its magnificent infinity pool, built-in barbecue, wood-fired oven and sensational views of the Ionian Sea. No matter what time of day it is, you'll want to spend every second outside, sipping coffee in the morning light or sharing a bottle of wine at sunset. And, to top it all off, homemade breakfast prepared by the hosts is served on the veranda – sounds like the perfect holiday to us.
