This one-of-a-kind Greek villa is positioned on a small peninsula on the south-eastern tip of Syros island, and is built in traditional Cycladic architecture right above a beautiful pebble cove. The main villa is spread across two floors with the main bedroom on the upper floor boasting a private balcony with captivating garden and sea views. While an additional studio with a single bed and en-suite – attached to the house with a separate entrance – offers privacy if needed.

The pool terrace is the perfect place to breakfast on Greek yoghurt and honey under the shade of the pergola before you lounge by the pool in the peaceful sunshine. Then, cool off in your private swimming pool from which you can overlook the Aegean Sea.

Via the idyllic garden, this home has direct access to the beach – only a one-minute walk or 20 steps away. Plus, within a five-minute drive, you will also find Varis and Mega Gailou beaches.

Venture further from the villa and you will reach Ermoupolis within a ten-minute drive. Here, you can see the City Hall that was built in the late 1800s, the stunning Orthodox church ‘Naós Agíou Nikoláou’, gaze at the decorative ceilings in the Theatro Apollon or explore the art galleries and museums. 

Return home for dinner time, and cook Greek cuisine on the barbecue or fire up the wood fire oven to host your own pizza party. Then, dine alfresco as you enjoy the stunning views of this island’s beautiful artwork landscape with its seemingly never-ending blue waters.

The perfect home for relaxing and recovering, why not take so time to lounge in the Greek sunshine and enjoy the warmth of its rays on your skin. Then, slip into the cooling waters of the freshwater swimming pool, and enjoy the stunning views while you float leisurely in the pool. 

Just a six-minute drive to Otzias, you can enjoy the sandy beaches and soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore, or dine in one of the local Tavernas. The village of Vourkari – just an eight-minute drive away – provides an opportunity for not only beach days but also scuba diving experiences. 

Coressia, the island’s port, is just a twelve-minute drive away, while the capital Ioulis is a twenty-five-minute drive away. In Ioulis you will be able to visit the archaeological museum and even see the Lion of Kea – an impressive early Greek stone monument that dates back to the Archaic period. 

What’s more, there is a regular ferry connection between Athens and Kea which takes about an hour, taking you to the Lavrion port. From here, you can drive about fifty-six minutes to Greece’s capital and explore everything Athens has to offer. 

After all your exploring, return home to the villa in the evening and cook some delicious souvlaki on the barbecue before dining alfresco as you enjoy the sun setting over the vista.

One thing to note – the villa’s accommodation is split between the main house and an apartment and guest house, so it's ideal for large families and friends. Out and about, there are gorgeous wineries and beaches to explore, including Aspros Gremos, a short drive away.

Comprising of four separate buildings, with shared terraces and a pool, this home has enough space to spread out and come back together for alfresco meals and sunbathing. Located in Sifnos, there are some beautiful beaches to explore, all within a 25-minute drive so we’d recommend renting a car. It’s worth noting that due to the low walls and stone steps, this home is not suitable for young children, but we think it’s ideal for a group of friends looking to relax and socialise.

If you feel like eating out, the nearest restaurant is also within walking distance and for more options you can head to nearby Dryos.

Like a scene from a postcard, the views from this waterfront villa are pretty spectacular. We could easily spend all day on the terrace, drinking wine in the sun and watching the boats bob in the harbour as the tide rises and falls. Don't even get us started on the Aegean sea sunsets – they're downright magical, and you'll have a front-row seat. 

A former mayor's residence, this home was built in 1850 and has oodles of character inside – think beams on the high ceilings and shutters on the windows. Yet every room is bright, crisp and super sleek, thanks to the minimal decorations and white colour scheme. The design is pared-back on purpose so you can focus on the scenery, but don't let that fool you.
