The vistas of the Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus, Temple of Olympian Zeus, and the National Garden from this home are amazing. The apartment comprises two connecting suites featuring separate living rooms, kitchens and dining spaces, so it’s great for guests wanting privacy. Each also has king-size beds, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite marble bathroom, stand-alone showers and a Jacuzzi with Acropolis views. One of the suites also has access to a private balcony. The location, of course, is fantastic too. There are an array of restaurants and bars to enjoy, while the Acropolis is within walking distance. What more could you want from a trip to Athens?

A Grecian Haven

This sunny duplex apartment is a short walk from the Acropolis – you can even catch a glimpse of it from the fabulous rooftop terrace. Up here, you’ve got views out over the rooftops, best taken in from the warmth of the bubbling hot tub with a glass of something cold. There’s plenty of room for the group to spread out on bean-bag chairs too. 

Inside, a soothing medley of crisp white and slate grey keeps things feeling modern and sunny. We love the tropical feature wall in the living room which adds a pop of colour and vibrance. The compact kitchen with pretty emerald tiles has all the essentials for self-catering and there’s a second outdoor space for dinners on the balcony. That’s if you’re not too busy exploring the meze restaurants of the Plaka, a five-minute walk away. But the real highlight of this apartment is how close it is to the Acropolis, just four minutes on foot to the entrance. 

God of the Sun

Ideally located just a block away from the Acropolis Museum, there’s no shortage of cultural and historic must-sees on your doorstep here. From the Acropolis of Athens itself to Hadrian's Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Philopappos Monument, there’s a wealth of sightseeing opportunities within easy reach, just waiting to be explored. 

After a busy day of touring the city, you’ll be glad to come home to your comfortable pad where a private balcony beckons sundowners and alfresco dinners when you’re not out sampling the local tavernas and restaurants. Wow, wow, wow was all we could say when we saw the incredible views of the Acropolis from both this home's living space and terrace. They are fantastic any time of day, but we particularly love the vistas at sunset and then as dark approaches when Greece's most famous monument is all lit up. It’s a divine spot for a glass of wine.

If the weather turns chilly, head inside and gather around the fire or whip up a Greek meze in the modern kitchen. We could tell when we visited that this home has undergone a thoughtful renovation by your hosts.

Located in Plaka, there are plenty of tavernas, bars and shops nearby to enjoy. Or visit the Acropolis Museum, around a fifteen-minute walk away.



Acropolis Metropolis

With wonderful sea views from the private balcony and stylish living space, this home, situated on the 5th floor, is a bit of a gem. While the open-plan living space is quite roomy, the kitchen area's work surfaces for food preparation are limited, and the bedroom is fairly compact. But the location more than makes up for any little compromises. You’ll be near the coastline of Kallithea and a stone’s throw from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, while Athens is a short drive away.

The Apollo's Rest

When you embark on a city break, there is one factor which shines in significance – the location. Luckily, this snug apartment is nestled right in the heart of Athens and within walking distance of the major landmarks. You couldn't be better placed for your Greek adventure.

You'll also find nearby boutiques, museums and a metro station easily accessible on foot.

Relax in this orange-themed apartment in the historic city of Athens. You'll be in a fantastic central spot, just a walk away from some of the most famous landmarks in Greece and an abundance of delicious eateries to dine in. Snuggle up on the sofa to watch a movie on Netflix as the sunlight floods in through the balcony door with a cup of coffee, followed by spending a couple of hours on the balcony cushions with your new favourite book.
