Like a scene from a postcard, the views from this waterfront villa are pretty spectacular. We could easily spend all day on the terrace, drinking wine in the sun and watching the boats bob in the harbour as the tide rises and falls. Don't even get us started on the Aegean sea sunsets – they're downright magical, and you'll have a front-row seat. 

A former mayor's residence, this home was built in 1850 and has oodles of character inside – think beams on the high ceilings and shutters on the windows. Yet every room is bright, crisp and super sleek, thanks to the minimal decorations and white colour scheme. The design is pared-back on purpose so you can focus on the scenery, but don't let that fool you. It still has all the mod-cons and upgrades you'll want on holiday, including Molton Brown toiletries, Netflix access, flexible housekeeping, an on-call concierge, and the option for private chefs and yacht charters.

And the location is fabulous, too. Whether you crave a night on the town, afternoon brunch or a leisurely morning stroll, this is undoubtedly the best spot on the island – mere minutes from the beach, museums and Mykonos' pretty cobbled lanes lined with boutiques and eateries. It can't get much sweeter than that.

Aegean Twilight

Traditional Cycladic charm meets modern luxury at this estate on Mykonos. Composed of the main villa and two additional guest houses, it's ideal for large groups who are seeking a heavenly escape on one of Greece's most popular islands.

The interiors reflect the natural beauty outside, with soothing tones, exposed stone, and organic textures all around. There's plenty of space for every guest to find a little peace and quiet here – you might choose to relax on the balcony and admire the views across the water, or book a massage in the spa room. The sparking swimming pool is surrounded by Greek columns, making it an impressive spot for a dip, and when you get thirsty you can whip up a cocktail at the poolside bar. 

The sea is just two kilometres away, where you'll find Ornos Beach, one of the most popular on the island. Find your new happy place on the lesser-known Greek island of Tinos, specifically in this characterful one-bed home. With blue views across the Aegean Sea to distant craggy mountains, you'll need to pinch yourself each time you step outside.

Relax in the hammock and dine at the outdoor table, and when the heat becomes a little too much, there's a private infinity pool to cool off in. When in Greece, it's imperative to sample the local beaches – start off with Agios Sostis, just five minutes away by car, or twenty minutes on foot. This calm expanse is well off the tourist trail, so you won't have to compete for a sunny spot on the sand.

Tinos town is just a ten-minute drive away. Here, you'll have a choice of charming tavernas to choose from, each serving traditional cuisine with fresh local ingredients. Finish the meal with a slice of baklava, then head home to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Aegean Enclave

In the heart of Tinos Town, this apartment is a practical base for excursions around the town and island. While definitely on the smaller side and with a terrace that doesn't give much privacy from the one next to it, the home offers a wealth of options for nearby activities. The nearest beach is only a five-minute walk away, while there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes to keep you well-fed and at various levels of hydration. At home, the terrace catches the sun and gives you somewhere to relax during the day.

The Blue Bird

Overlooking the coastline of Agios Fokas and the mesmerising Aegean Sea, this sleek villa combines undisturbed sea views and complete privacy. Set over three floors in a contemporary minimalist style, a bird's eye view of the nearby islands of Delos, Mykonos and Syros can be seen from the third floor for a picture-perfect landscape. Fitting for a family or group of friends, there’s plenty of outdoor space to socialise – including around the poolside and at the alfresco dining area. Looking for the beach? Agios Fokas is 1 kilometre away while the wonderful port, restaurants and shops of Tinos are easily reachable too. 

Blue As Infinity

With a private pool and breathtaking views across the Aegean Sea, this villa in a luxury resort is the perfect Grecian getaway. Here, Cycladic simplicity meets contemporary living to create a comfortable space to rest and recharge. Everything you'll need is accounted for, from a satellite TV and fully-equipped kitchen to the wireless speaker when you're in the mood for some music.

Wake up each morning and pad out to the terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and delicious breakfast in the fresh air. Then, take a dip in the pool, admiring how the sea sparkles in the sunlight as Dinos Island (the birthplace of Apollo) rises on the horizon. Afternoons are best spent on the resort, sipping cocktails at the poolside bar and sampling the local cuisine in the on-site restaurant. On request, you can also organise yoga lessons, massages, beauty treatments and private chefs – sounds pretty relaxing to us. For a beach day, make the short journey to Paralia Agios Fokas – a five-minute drive for fifteen on foot – and sprawl out in the sand. Or, if you're keen to explore, Tinos is ten minutes by car and has gourmet restaurants, daily markets and ferries departing for other islands in the Cyclades.

Apollo's Roots

This amazing Greek villa is located on the North-East coast of the Island of Kea. The stone house looks out over the beautiful turquoise ocean with a view of the island of Euboea and the coast of Attica. 

The perfect home for relaxing and recovering, why not take so time to lounge in the Greek sunshine and enjoy the warmth of its rays on your skin. Then, slip into the cooling waters of the freshwater swimming pool, and enjoy the stunning views while you float leisurely in the pool. 

Just a six-minute drive to Otzias, you can enjoy the sandy beaches and soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore, or dine in one of the local Tavernas. The village of Vourkari – just an eight-minute drive away – provides an opportunity for not only beach days but also scuba diving experiences. 

Coressia, the island’s port, is just a twelve-minute drive away, while the capital Ioulis is a twenty-five-minute drive away. In Ioulis you will be able to visit the archaeological museum and even see the Lion of Kea – an impressive early Greek stone monument that dates back to the Archaic period. 

What’s more, there is a regular ferry connection between Athens and Kea which takes about an hour, taking you to the Lavrion port. From here, you can drive about fifty-six minutes to Greece’s capital and explore everything Athens has to offer. 

After all your exploring, return home to the villa in the evening and cook some delicious souvlaki on the barbecue before dining alfresco as you enjoy the sun setting over the vista. 

Kea to my Heart

Nestled on the north coast of Mykonos with views over to Delos, your home provides the perfect rest you've been pining for.
Succumb to the sound of the ocean — Ornos Beach is a mere five-minute walk away, and slowly meld into the beat of island living.

Cool, airy interiors are minimally decorated showcasing authentic architecture — arched walls, exposed brick, and stone make this rustic-chic home the perfect place to escape to. Rustle up a Greek Salad in the well-appointed kitchen then enjoy lazy days basking by the pool, where swoon-worthy views of the sea are standard.
