This enchanting villa is a former country estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods. You'll have perfect isolation in a small village near Brtonigla in the Western Istria region. The villa has been lavishly restored and furnished with modern aspects while preserving its authenticity. Warm and delicate earth tones feature in all rooms, with visible wooden beams, stone masonry, and brick arches adding character. On the ground floor, there is a country-style kitchen with modern electrical appliances, a separate dining room and two large living rooms equipped with comfortable sofas and LCD TV with satellite connection. The upper floors of the house have five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside, there is a beautiful private pool, a spacious covered terrace with a permanent barbecue area and an outdoor kitchen area. Children can find additional entertainment on the playground or during a round of table tennis.
