The home comprises two self-contained apartments, each with a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect option for a couple of families looking to get away together while still retaining some privacy. While the one apartment offers an elevated position to make the most of those spectacular panoramas, the lower space affords direct access to the poolside terrace via one of the bedrooms.

In addition to sun loungers dotted around the pool, a canvas-topped pergola offers some respite from the midday heat, while the summer kitchen is the perfect spot to serve up group meals morning, noon and night.

When you're not relaxing at home or paddling in the crystal-clear calm waters of the Adriatic, why not board a boat over the Brač island and visit the picturesque Zlatni Rat beach or drive the short distance to the medieval old town of Omiš to marvel at its historical sites and absorb its authentic atmosphere.

As you tuck in, you can plan your day – will you laze by the pool and soak up the sunshine all day? Or perhaps you’ll head to the beach? Brodarica beach is a fourteen-minute walk away and is one of many on this stretch of the coast. In the evening, fire up the barbecue and enjoy feasts on the terrace while the sun is setting. 

After a few days spent sunbathing, swimming and sipping wine, you might be rested enough to explore further afield. Šibenik is a beautiful city, one of the oldest on the Adriatic – it’s just eleven minutes away by car. Meander the narrow streets and admire the cathedral – it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This hillside villa nestled along the Dalmatian coast offers everything you need for your stay in the sun. It is designed, in fact, to take full advantage of its natural surroundings with the bedrooms located in the cool and shady rear of the house, while the open-plan living room, diner, and kitchen with their vaulted ceilings and broad glass doors maximise the seaside views and sunlight. This ideal social space also opens onto the stunning pool-deck, meaning you can easily drift back and forth between the sun lounger and kitchen for a refill of your favourite cold drink. If you fancy an evening dinner alfresco, there is a second covered patio featuring a small garden, elegant dining table, and traditional wood-fire barbecue perfect for grilling up a feast. Make the most of your fantastic location and explore your surroundings – you’re in the old village of Krilo Jesenice, known for its pretty beaches. Nestled between Omiš and Split, you can also enjoy days out exploring cobblestone streets, historic sites, and natural beauty. Fans of white knuckle sports will particularly love Omiš for its Cetina River – zipline through the canyon and take kayaks along the water.

Nature's Call

On the island of Brač, this tangerine-coloured home serves up coastal views and sun-kissed spaces from which to admire them. Our favourite spot is the roof terrace, where you can lounge with a cocktail and gaze out to the sea. The Mediterranean garden boasts a private pool – another sweet feature – as well as a covered dining space for alfresco feasts. Inside lacks a bit of warmth and charm, but you'll have everything you need to feel at home. As for location, you'll find a beach, supermarket, and restaurant within walking distance. 

Sweet & Bright

This villa sits right on the beach in Ducé, close to the Mediterranean town of Omiš. When you’re not swimming in the sea, you can relax by the heated pool or soak up the sea views from the balcony or the roof terrace. There’s a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a great set-up for alfresco dining, and there are restaurants nearby too. Inside, there are two living areas – this villa is perfect for large groups, with every bedroom boasting a private en-suite bathroom. You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing holiday here. 

Croatian Sun

This dreamy holiday home sits on the coast between Split and Makarska. It’s in a small village, Ruskamen, just outside of popular Omiš. There are beaches galore – we like Plaža Artina and Stanići Beach – as well as plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. This is an excellent spot for a relaxing holiday – you’re close to attractions and amenities while maintaining a soothing distance from the tourist crowds. 

The villa is exquisite – a modern home with everything you might need. The decor is cool and calm, with glass walls that bring the outside in. And in a location like this, you’ll want to be outside as much as possible. The villa is perched on a hill above the Adriatic, offering incredible views. This home has been designed with this in mind, so sea views draw the eye from almost every angle.

You’ll wake up to the blue vista each morning, and might sip your coffee on the balcony while admiring the coastal scenery. As you swim in the pool, you can watch the fishing boats bob in the distance while relaxing with the hydro massage feature – it’s near impossible not to relax here. Later on, when the sun begins the set and the sky shifts from blue to pastel pinks and purples, gather on the terrace to dine alfresco. Sip cocktails as the stars emerge, making memories to last a lifetime.
