This villa sits right on the beach in Ducé, close to the Mediterranean town of Omiš. Inside, there are two living areas – this villa is perfect for large groups, with every bedroom boasting a private en-suite bathroom. You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing holiday here. 

Croatian Sun

This hillside villa nestled along the Dalmatian coast offers everything you need for your stay in the sun. It is designed, in fact, to take full advantage of its natural surroundings with the bedrooms located in the cool and shady rear of the house, while the open-plan living room, diner, and kitchen with their vaulted ceilings and broad glass doors maximise the seaside views and sunlight. This ideal social space also opens onto the stunning pool-deck, meaning you can easily drift back and forth between the sun lounger and kitchen for a refill of your favourite cold drink. If you fancy an evening dinner alfresco, there is a second covered patio featuring a small garden, elegant dining table, and traditional wood-fire barbecue perfect for grilling up a feast. Over your delicious meal, why not plan your next day. Consider a tour of the historic city of split with its stunning architecture and Roman monument, or discover the hidden swimming holes and beaches the region is famous for. 

Hillside Bower

Experience the ultimate in comfort and luxury in this magnificent Croatian villa, situated in a picturesque and breathtaking location with stunning views. The property has been thoughtfully designed and built to the highest of standards, offering modern amenities and top-notch furnishings for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Its prime location puts guests just a stone's throw away from all the local attractions and activities, making it the ideal base from which to explore and experience the beauty of Croatia. 

Southern Shadow

Our favourite thing about this sleek, modern villa is the view from the swimming pool. Gazing out over the infinity edge, you can see a handful of green islands floating in the sparkling Adriatic Sea. The big terrace out the front is also home to sun loungers, a dining spot and a glorious sunken Jacuzzi. 

The villa itself feels as though glass boxes have been stacked on top of each other, taking full advantage of that fabulous sea view. Slide open the wall-sized glass doors in the living room to melt the barrier between indoors and outdoors and watch the boats drift by from the comfort of the leather sofas. The huge, dine-in kitchen area is more than big enough to handle the bustle of group breakfasts and the whole open-plan area is bathed in sunlight during the day.

Those that want to keep on top of their fitness schedule can make use of the home’s private gym, and soothe sore muscles in the sauna after. Bedrooms are crisp white and blue, made bright by walls of windows. And the main bedroom has its own private balcony.

Location-wise, you’re on the edge of Hvar Town, a 500-metre walk from the centre where harbourside bars and restaurants await.

Collecting Pomegranates 

If privacy is your main priority — and spectacular views a close second — then this secluded villa at the foot of the Mosor mountain range might just tick all your boxes. Throw in a private pool, a Finnish sauna, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a home cinema, and you’ll never want to leave the grounds. Although if you do, the historic port town of Omis, its beach and the Cetina River are only fifteen minutes’ drive away. Closer to home, you can reach the charming village of Gata in just a few minutes by car. Throw open the double doors in the open-plan living space to reveal your private terrace, where you can enjoy alfresco dining and sunset swimming in total peace while taking in some pretty mesmerising sea views. This would be a great place to take the family, as there’s something to keep all ages entertained (we won’t ask whether it’s you or your children hogging the PS4). While everyone might be off doing their own thing at different times of the day, you’ll surely come together for delicious barbecues out on the patio and Netflix movie nights cosied up on the sofa.

Mosor Muse

With stunning sea views and a private pool, this home will make you want to settle in and stay. There’s a covered terrace with a barbecue for magical sunset meals. Inside, there’s a wellness area with a gym, a sauna and a Jacuzzi to ensure optimum relaxation. You’ll also be treated to more wonderful views from the living room and there's a fire for cosy gatherings. And when it comes to explorations further afield, you can stroll to the nearest beach and restaurants. It’s also a great base for exploring the island of Brač and Kornati National Park. 


The Moon & the Love

Set just 100m away from the beach, this smart home is bound to bring a smile to your face. With a fabulous range of amenities, you're guaranteed to have a great time here, and make some lasting memories with your guests. 

The villa has an unique set-up – four of the bedrooms are accessed via their own entrance, and they have their own kitchenettes. It's ideal for groups who want to spend some quality time together, but still enjoy their own space and schedules. Outside, you can work up a sweat on the cross-trainer, before indulging in a long, luxurious soak in the hot tub. When the temperature rises you can plunge into the swimming pool, and float under the hot Croatian sun. Then, fire up the barbeque and take your pick from two covered alfresco dining areas for a delicious dinner together. 

You only need to take a few steps to arrive at the sandy shoreline of Duce Beach, for a day paddling in the crystal clear water. The town's amenities are all there too, so you can dine on fresh seafood and then sip a cocktail as you gaze out across the sea. And, if you fancy a day trip, you can head to Split, just 25km away, to spend a day exploring the magnificent historic city. 

Vacation Vibes

Nestled within the village of Duće, this modern villa ensures a memorable yet restful stay on Croatia’s sunny coast. Inside, punchy pops of yellow, red and turquoise liven up an otherwise neutral palette. The living space is open-plan yet intimate – look forward to catching up over glasses of wine on the soft sofas or sharing home-cooked dishes around the dining table. 

We reckon you’ll be spending most of your time outside, though – after pampering yourself in the sauna, that is. Spend balmy afternoons floating about in the private pool before snoozing on a comfortable lounger. Enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of coffee on your bedroom’s balcony then let your cares melt away in the hot tub. 

Should you fancy exploring, the sandy Vavlje Beach is only a short walk from your doorstep. But if you’re in the mood for a little more adventure, the city of Split makes for an excellent day trip destination.

Sitting on a hillside, surrounded by olive and pine trees, you're immersed in natural beauty. Spend days relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun, getting lost in your current read, and taking dips to cool off. And when you want to take a break from the mid-day sun, your homely, welcoming interior is the perfect place to cool down – flick through the smart TV or play a game on the PS4. Or, you could dabble in table tennis beneath the shady pergola. 

When dinnertime rolls around, fire up the barbecue and gather around the alfresco dining area for a night of good food, local wine, and amazing sunset views. Flowy curtains frame the ever-changing sky, twisting into shades of orange, pink, and purple. 

Make the most of your fantastic location and explore your surroundings – you’re in the old village of Krilo Jesenice, known for its pretty beaches. Nestled between Omiš and Split, you can also enjoy days out exploring cobblestone streets, historic sites, and natural beauty. Fans of white knuckle sports will particularly love Omiš for its Cetina River – zipline through the canyon and take kayaks along the water.

Nature's Call

This beautiful villa is real show-stopper. High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a neutral colour palette mean that it’s bright and airy, the perfect space to chill out in when the temperature is rising. Outside you’ll find a gorgeous pool, which you can gaze upon from the balcony – if you can tear your eyes away from the view of the sea, that is. 

You’ll wake up feeling refreshed from a good night’s sleep – the beds are oh so comfortable. Maybe you’ll whip up a breakfast of fresh fruit and local bread with honey, and take it out to the terrace. As you tuck in, you can plan your day – will you laze by the pool and soak up the sunshine all day? Or perhaps you’ll head to the beach? Brodarica beach is a fourteen-minute walk away and is one of many on this stretch of the coast. In the evening, fire up the barbecue and enjoy feasts on the terrace while the sun is setting. 

After a few days spent sunbathing, swimming and sipping wine, you might be rested enough to explore further afield. Šibenik is a beautiful city, one of the oldest on the Adriatic – it’s just eleven minutes away by car. Meander the narrow streets and admire the cathedral – it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 


Sunbeams & Sea Views 

With enticing views of the Adriatic, you can understand why this villa captured our attention. The best spot for waterfront gazing is the balcony – a glass of wine, optional – but even the kitchen window catches a glimpse of the rolling waves. That sure makes washing up all the more exciting. Sadly, the garden doesn't show off the vistas, but with a private pool, alfresco dining area and children's playground, you'll still be set to worship the Croatian rays. And while the interior isn't nearly as impressive as the panoramas, it's comfortable nonetheless – plus the location is spot-on, walking distance from Pisak beach and village, and only a thirty-minute drive from magical Makarska.

Adriatic Serenade

The hosts of Pink Concrete have obviously put a lot of dedication into the architectural design of this home. Thanks to their care, it feels more like it's part of the natural landscape rather than a man-made structure. Glass walls reveal the rugged texture of the rocky cliffs behind the home, and a wide open terrace on the waterfront means sea views stretch into the horizon. Similar attention has been paid to your comfort, with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and en-suite bedrooms to grant privacy (and access to that beautiful terrace). This home is right above the coastal village of Mimice, which is more peaceful and authentic than the larger towns of the Dalmatian coast. If you’re craving brighter lights and bigger sights, Omiš and Split are within an hour’s drive from the villa.
