With direct access to the Adriatic Sea, this dreamy home sits three kilometres from Zaton Bay, where you might spend the day zipping around in a speed boat or paddling in a kayak. Or, just down the road lies Plaža Tri Brata, perfect for bucket and spade days with the little ones. Offering the best of both worlds, Dubrovnik proudly stands twenty minutes from here – a fortified city filled with cultural landmarks. 

A picture of seclusion surrounded by pine trees, this modern villa invites you to hop in a sun-kissed infinity pool, then slip away to the bedroom balcony with a glass of rakija at sunset. One thing we love about this place is its private sauna, so you can feel your body unwind after busy day trips. Spoiled with pampering possibilities, perhaps you'll hire a professional chef to take over the kitchen while you soak your feet in the bathtub. Then, you can serve some local cuisine on the terrace and enjoy an alfresco supper.

Hugged by Pines

With a backdrop of mountains and vistas of the Adriatic Sea, this villa has a special location. You can relax and take in the beautiful views from the terrace, the saltwater pool and the balconies. Inside, there are more seascapes to admire from the large open-plan living room as well as the bedrooms. And if all this wasn’t enough, there’s a home fitness area, sauna and games room with a billiards table. While you may be tempted to stay put in the villa, there’s so much to do out and about. Directly behind this home, there’s the Biokovo mountain range, while a fifteen-minute walk away lies the town of Makarska with its promenade and beautiful pebble beaches. 

Biokovo Mountain & Sea views

Embrace the history is Hvar Town at this 17th-century villa. It was built in 1612, in old Venetian style during the baroque period – think intricately carved stone balconies and wooden shutters – and was owned by one of the oldest Italian families in Hvar. To this day, it’s protected by the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.

It sits in the heart of Hvar Town, where the balustraded stone balconies look out over the buzzing old harbour. The waterfront is just a few footsteps away. On the private terrace, a swimming pool awaits in an old gothic-style house. Thanks to glass folding walls, the pool can be indoor or outdoor. The Mediterranean gardens are secluded by high stone walls and terraces are shaded by fig and citrus trees. Dotted around the gardens, you’ll find loungers, outdoor dining and bistro seating fringed with fragrant lavender bushes. 

Heading inside, there’s a private spa on the ground floor, complete with a massage room, hot tub and sauna. Gym equipment is available for those that want to keep on top of their fitness schedule. Upstairs, the big kitchen is a classic farmhouse style and there’s enough room for the group to dine in here. The living room is lined with bookshelves where you’ll find a selection of holiday reads, and we love the view from floor-to-ceiling windows. Bedrooms tucked at the top of the house are cosy, and the main bathroom with its free-standing tub feels fit for the Italian aristocracy that used to tread the halls of this historic home. 

The Town's Crown

Thoughtful design is the essence of this home, with photographic prints, colourful textiles, and unique lights creating a space that feels as characterful as it does cohesive. It’s not style over substance though – with an infinity pool, games room, wine cellar and sauna, we think your stay here will be very comfortable indeed. The surroundings are as eye-catching as the home itself, as it’s perched right on the water of the quiet, scenic island of Brac. There’s a private mooring for boat hire, kayaks to take out on the water, and even snorkelling equipment if you’d like to get up close and personal with the sea life of the Adriatic. 


Shoreline Arch

With a beautiful setting in a quiet residential area, this home is ideal for families seeking rest and relaxation. It’s on the Dalmatian coast just a short drive from the vibrant town of Makarska. There are also sandy beaches nearby, which is unusual for Croatia where the beaches are normally pebbly. From the villa you can admire stunning sea and mountain views from the private pool and from the terrace. The decor is simple and modern, and the villa is comfortable – though at full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed. 

Sparkling Sea

There's no escaping the stunning views at this three-storey home in Korčula – not that you'd want to. The three apartments that make up this villa each have their own private terraces where you can lie back on a lounger, dine alfresco, and admire the coastline – it's an ideal layout for large family groups. And when you want to gather together? The elegant infinity pool is the place to hang out, perhaps with a few drinks. With the private dock, your group can arrive in style, and the provided kayaks offer opportunities to explore the beautiful island coastline. Not to mention, Korčula's old town is just a short drive away.

Enchanted Horizon

With its sweeping sea views, luxurious wellness facilities and calm interiors, this contemporary home is the perfect hideaway for those in search of total rest and relaxation. 

From early morning swims in the private pool to healing massage treatments in the spa (available upon request) and dreamy sunset drinks served straight from the rooftop fridge, you’ll find it all waiting for you here on the peaceful shores of Marusici. 

For explorations further afield, it’s just a short walk to Borak Bay, while the town of Omiš is just 12km away. Follow spectacular hiking trails along the foothills of the Omiška Dinara Mountain range, set sail on a boat trip or simply unwind in your own private infinity pool.

By night, you’ll find the roof terrace provides the perfect spot for delicious barbecue meals and stargazing. while a session in the jacuzzi or sauna will leave you feeling renewed and ready to slip into a peaceful night’s sleep. 

Live Well 

Our favourite thing about this sleek, modern villa is the view from the swimming pool. Gazing out over the infinity edge, you can see a handful of green islands floating in the sparkling Adriatic Sea. The big terrace out the front is also home to sun loungers, a dining spot and a glorious sunken Jacuzzi. 

The villa itself feels as though glass boxes have been stacked on top of each other, taking full advantage of that fabulous sea view. Slide open the wall-sized glass doors in the living room to melt the barrier between indoors and outdoors and watch the boats drift by from the comfort of the leather sofas. The huge, dine-in kitchen area is more than big enough to handle the bustle of group breakfasts and the whole open-plan area is bathed in sunlight during the day.

Those that want to keep on top of their fitness schedule can make use of the home’s private gym, and soothe sore muscles in the sauna after. Bedrooms are crisp white and blue, made bright by walls of windows. And the main bedroom has its own private balcony.

Location-wise, you’re on the edge of Hvar Town, a 500-metre walk from the centre where harbourside bars and restaurants await.

Collecting Pomegranates 

Perched in the hills above Dubrovnik, this home opens its doors to an idyllic coastal escape. Outside, you can spend slow days lounging by the private pool. There are incredible sea views and the terrace lends itself perfectly to sunset drinks and barbecue meals. The rooms are family-friendly and there’s a small gym for energising workouts. Maid service is included and there are a range of special extras available like private chefs and organised excursions. We recommend hiring a car to get around here, but it’s just a short drive to Dubrovnik Old Town and the nearest beaches. 

Serene Nature Retreat

Expect high drama at this home. Isosceles in Blue looks almost hewn out of the steep coastal cliff, with interiors adhering to a contemporary aesthetic that’s the perfect complement to the stark rocks and natural terrain. Much is made of the view, with the focal point of the home undoubtedly being the infinity pool that suspends you high above the green wilderness below. This home is perfect for the adventurous, outdoorsy type, with the hiking trails and wild horses of the nearby Biokovo Mountain just waiting to be explored – but beach-lovers also won’t be disappointed here, with sandy stretches within walking distance of your front door. Yes, this home may look dramatic, but a stay here can only be described as idyllic. 


Isosceles in Blue

Set within the charming seaside town of Brela, this villa has beach days down to a fine art, with the shore just a short stroll away. Spend blissful stretched out by the infinity pool, dining on the terrace, or unwinding the hot tub, all while soaking up sweeping ocean views. Inside, the space is bright and contemporary, spread across three floors with the added ease of an internal lift, a gym, and a spa with a sauna when relaxation calls. Brela itself is known for its crystal-clear waters, and laid-back atmosphere, with a scenic seaside promenade, shops and restaurants all within easy reach.

Brela Bliss

The sweeping sea vistas from this villa’s terraces and pool really need to be seen to be believed. On a clear day, your gaze stretches all the way to Brač and Hvar – and just wait until you catch sight of your first sunset. Inside, the home’s united interiors are everything you want your home-from-home to be, including two equally spacious ensuite bedrooms with sea views – so no one needs to draw the short straw here. Set in the heart of Dalmatia, the villa is just a short drive from the lively seaside town of Podgora for dinner out. Meanwhile, day trips to the Makarska Riviera, the Biokovo Mountains, or Split are all easily within reach.
