You'll find this sleek apartment set in the history-rich district of Kerem HaTeimanim, just one block from the beach. And the cherry on top? That generous private terrace delivering Mediterranean Sea views – it’s a fine place to toast the day’s end. 

Vineyard of the Yemenites

Set in a renovated building from the 1920s with incredibly high ceilings (the kind that’s hard to show in photos), Out Of The Blue is a gem. It’s located on the edge of Neve Tzedek, one of Tel Aviv’s most beloved neighbourhoods, with restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops lining the tranquil streets. It also oozes personality, which is something we always value. Stay here if you want to be within walking distance to some of the city’s most charming spots, while also living in a charming home.

Out Of The Blue

As soon as we laid eyes on the hallway draped with pretty grapes vines and a peaceful water feature wall, we knew this place was going to be good. Situated on artsy Neve Tzedek's busiest street, Molkho, it's a stone's throw away from quirky cafe's, fantastic restaurants and bohemian boutiques. We particularly loved the immaculate parquet flooring, the brilliantly bright living room and the luxurious double bed. And, although it doesn't have a dining table, the balcony features a sweet little seating area.

Floating Feather

This penthouse apartment is in the buzzing neighbourhood of Neve Tzedek where the narrow, sun-kissed streets are packed with pavement cafes, intimate restaurants and family-run bakeries. In fact, on most mornings you’ll awake to the smell of freshly baked bread from the bakery just down the street. Head out to the wrap-around balcony for your morning coffee on one of the comfy sofas in the sun, overlooking the flora of a peaceful courtyard below. Glass sliding doors blend the living area with the terrace, making the shuttling of dishes from the full kitchen to outdoor table a breeze.  

The Garden Girl

Attention to detail is paramount at this studio apartment in the heart of Neve Tzedek. Inside, contemporary art, intriguing knick-knacks and a playful swing join forces with vintage wood furniture, ornate rugs and exposed limestone walls to form a country-meets-bohemian getaway. You’ll be on cloud nine, sat atop the enormous rooftop sun terrace of this characterful penthouse set in the quiet quarter of Neve Tzedek and just a five-minute flip-flop from the beach.

And wait until you see the double-height vaulted ceilings inside – what a showstopper.
