The historic district is a nexus of 1930s buildings and 1940s architecture, imbued with edgy cafes and green parks. It's a unique place full of character, and your home is right in the heart of it. 

Start your day with coffee on the balcony and soak up the energy of the luscious streets below. Then hop under the rain shower before heading into the dynamic and minimalist kitchen to prepare a Middle Eastern breakfast. Perfectly satiated, gather in the modern living space while you discuss the plan for the day ahead. 

Take a stroll through Yarkon Park, alongside the river before a pit stop at the Basel Compound where you’ll find a host of unique design boutiques. Make sure to seek out the energetic and flavourful eateries from the markets too – grab muhallebi and mutabak pastries and tuck in along the buzzy streets by Tel Aviv Port.

Smooth As Glass

With a chic industrial feel and a homely atmosphere, Industrial Nomad is incredibly stylish. We love the meticulous attention to detail, with beautifully curated art, colours, and materials in abundance. There are lots of things to like about this home, but the stylish master bedroom must be our favourite – especially because of the bathtub. As it’s right by Independence Park, you’re also in an excellent location. Dizengoff Square isn’t too far away either – and if you feel like a day at the beach, you’ll find several of Tel Aviv’s finest nearby. 

Industrial Nomad

Mere minutes from the Tel Aviv Promenade and the beautiful palm-lined beaches beyond, this is a prime location for sun lovers. Though the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, you'll also find several restaurants nearby, including a very popular option for authentic cuisine. The design inside is comfortable, with enough space for six and ample outdoor seating. Apart from the option to dine alfresco, we like the idea of afternoon drinks on the shaded terrace. Plus, the fact that all three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms adds a little extra privacy to the mix.

A Kind of Happiness

A hop, skip and a jump away from Metzitzim Beach and the cafe-lined seaside promenade, this cool apartment is perfectly placed for exploring. Whether you're keen on boutique shopping, sunbathing on the sand at the city's long stretch of beaches or wining and dining the night away at trendy beachfront cocktail bars, Tel Aviv's Old North neighbourhood isn't a bad spot to call home. It's also just a short drive from popular areas like Old Jaffa and Neve Tsedek, whose village-like lanes are perfect for an afternoon wander.

The apartment itself is sleek and sophisticated. Colourful artwork makes a splash with the otherwise chic, monochrome design – we think it's an absolute haven from the hustle and bustle on your doorstep. Craving a chilled night at home? The plush sofa will sort you out – cuddle up under the cosy throws with a glass of wine and a well-thumbed book. Fancy a home-cooked meal? The glossy kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty – be sure to swing by the Tel Aviv Port Market for some local produce. Need to work remotely? The dining table doubles as a desk – you can respond to those work emails and answer Zoom calls in style. 

Surrounded by the Light

Located in Tel Aviv's Hayarkon Street area, just off Old North neighbourhood, where fine-dining bistros, sea-facing bars and sandy beaches all contend for your attention, this beautifully appointed apartment is right in the heart of the action. 

Crisp white walls and contemporary furnishings are par for the course these days in thriving Tel Aviv, but the vibrant artwork and stylish casement windows add a real visual statement to this modern home. Light and airy, natural light floods in throughout the day, bouncing off the wood floors and creating a relaxing spot to unwind after a busy afternoon exploring the city. 

But as much as we love the interiors, our favourite thing about this apartment is the shared deck terrace, complete with sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. We can think of no better place to hang out with friends and family than out here, soaking up the sun and drinking cocktails. 

If you can peel yourself away from the deck, it's just a five-minute stroll to Gordon's Beach and a ten-minute walk to Frishman Beach for leisurely days full of sand, sea and surf. You'll also find local markets, shops and cafes along the famous Ben Gurion Boulevard, no more than three minutes away on foot. 

Frishman's Friend

There’s no getting around the fact that the views of the glistening Mediterranean take centre stage at this seafront apartment, looking out over Tel Aviv’s famous Mezizim beach. Step out onto the large terrace and you can hear the waves crashing into shore – it’s a beautiful place to end each day as the sun sets on the horizon. If you can ever part from that view, you’ll find a home of sophisticated, modern interiors awash with white, which invigorate the space and inspire you to slow down. When it’s time to explore more of this city, head south along the seafront promenade to Jaffa Port, one of the oldest known harbours in the world. Grab some lunch and hang out with the hipsters, before hopping on one of the city’s rental bikes to make it back home in time for that priceless sunset. Or simply pad across the road and set up for a day on the beach. With its super-chilled atmosphere, sun loungers, and seaside eateries, Mezizim is a favourite with the locals. For those drawn to the evening bustle, you’ll find Namal Tel Aviv port with its many cafes, restaurants, jazz club right on your doorstep.

Sea Symphony

This stylish apartment is in one of the best locations you could ever ask for in Tel Aviv. It's just a three-minute stroll to Kikar Rabin in this Mediterranean 'Manhattan'. The largest public square in the city – it has a beautiful pond filled with lilies and a fountain that's lit up at night. Head to one of the surrounding sophisticated bars or restaurants here. Or, just over a ten-minute walk away, you'll find the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, impressive for not only its art collections but also its architecture. The home itself is a lovely mix of minimalist touches and vintage furniture. Prepare some Israeli cuisine in the modern kitchen to enjoy at your dining table. Afterwards, take in the vistas of the city through the beautiful Bauhaus windows – with all the light flooding into this apartment, you feel like you're outside – we love it here.


Dream Big

It may be interior design 101, but a preponderance of white in a home's decoration will generally make it feel fresh, bright and relaxing. You can see this effect in action in this apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Aside from this simple but effective colour scheme, there's a minimalist approach to furnishings and finishes – which will either be refreshing or a little unadventurous depending on your personal tastes. We're leaning towards the former camp, especially in the large kitchen complete with the sort of pristine surfaces that you almost don't want to sully by cooking. 

One of the home's biggest selling points, however, has to be the excellent location. From here, the golden sands of Gordon Beach take about seven minutes to reach on foot, while Dizengoff Street is three minutes' walk around the corner and offers a good choice of restaurants, plus cultural institutions such as the Bauhaus Center and the Beit Lessin Theatre.
