Just like its cultural neighbourhood, Old North, this city apartment balances upscale with understated. The mixture of modern features and stylish flourishes make this address a unique place to stay.

Inspired by the city's Bauhaus architecture, there's a strong industrial influence in this home’s interiors, particularly in the functional concrete ceiling tiles and rich-brown floors, but the crisp white walls, plush furnishings and luscious house plants bring the space into a contemporary realm. Unwind with a glass of arak in your sleek open-plan living space and soak up the vibrancy this location affords you.

The white sands of Frishman Beach take just eleven minutes to reach on foot, while the Beit Lessin Theatre and Bauhaus Center are easily walkable too. Emerald & Quartz is in an excellent location. Nachalat Binyamin is right on your doorstep – we recommend going there on Tuesdays and Fridays for the popular arts and crafts market. The home itself is on the smaller side (especially the kitchen), but to us, that’s just an excuse to try out some of the many restaurants nearby. One of Tel Aviv’s food hubs, Carmel Market, is only about ten minutes away, with local eateries and cafes aplenty.

Situated on the renowned Frug street and only a seven-minute walk to Frishman Beach – bring your swimming gear and wander along the sand to pick the right position to relax for the day, having a dip in the water when you need a break from the heat. When the need to shop strikes, head to Dizengoff Shopping Mall before returning down Dizengoff Street for lunch at one of the many restaurants. Drive seventeen minutes to Old Jaffa, visiting the cobblestone streets lined with artisan shops and stopping at an art gallery to see the displays.
