Poolside Poppin'

An open–plan, family–friendly townhouse set right in the heart of Kamala, this beautiful three–storey bolthole is a Thai treasure with something for everyone. So, whether you’re eager to make a splash or you’re searching for somewhere the kids can play from morning till night, this place ticks every box and more.

Inside, a contemporary aesthetic with sleek, stylish fixtures and fittings make for a welcoming space to settle into. The wood–effect kitchen units pay homage to Kamala’s rich, natural beauty, meanwhile the soft, neutral colour palette adds a soothing, welcoming touch. We can’t fault the modern facilities and home comforts, but if you ask us, it’s the outside that’s the real cherry on top here.

With a fully–equipped play area for the kids and a large, shared swimming pool, this place will keep everyone busy, happy and entertained at all hours of the day. There’s also a private balcony overlooking the resort and rugged mountainscape beyond. Head here first thing in the morning and sip your steaming hot coffee in style.

Fancy a mooch? Sample the local souvenirs and delicacies by heading to the shops and restaurants, a swift ten–minute walk away. Alternatively, if a sandy stroll along the seafront sounds appealing, make a beeline for the beach, a leisurely twenty–minute amble from where you’re staying.


Paradise Palm

Nestled within the cliffs overlooking the sparkling Andaman sea, this chic oceanfront villa couldn't be better placed for discovering one of Thailand's lesser-known islands. Luxury meets authentic Thai style here, with ornately carved teak adorning both the interiors and the terrace. Outside you'll find plush day beds and a dining area with spectacular sea views. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco breakfast and Thai iced coffee in the morning, before heading to the resort gym for a workout or yoga session. When you return, a dip in the saltwater infinity pool will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to explore the island. Hiring a scooter is recommended if you're keen to soak up as much of the scenery as possible – travel around some of the more secluded beaches to snorkel and swim, before stopping for an authentic seafood lunch at one of the local eateries run by friendly locals.

When you get back from a day of adventure, take a long soak in the outdoor bath then head to one of the resort restaurants for dinner. While Ko Yao Yai doesn't have much in the way of nightlife, it does offer a peaceful retreat and magnificent sunsets – order a cocktail then take a seat on the balcony to enjoy the show.

Seafront Seclusion

When it comes to swimming options in this apartment complex, you're truly spoilt for choice. You can decide between the large pool on the ground floor, a rooftop pool with incredible views or the fresh sea water at the beach. It's an oasis for those of you who love spending time in the water.

If you're keen to swim a few lengths, the ground floor pool is large enough to satisfy any keen swimmers. For more idle swimmers who just enjoy feeling the cool water, head to the rooftop pool and enjoy the view. It's also lined with beds for sunbathing sessions, enhanced by a fresh cocktail. 

For swimming in the sea, Surin Beach is just a short walk away. Lay your towel on the golden sands and bask in the tranquility of the coastal haven. Whilst you're out by the shore, pick up some supplies at the numerous shops to enjoy back at the apartment.

Tuck into some rice crackers on the dining table or rustle up a red Thai curry for something more substantial. After a hearty dinner, relax on the snug comfort of the sofa.

Pools, Beaches & Rooftops

Perched overlooking the waterfront of Bang Tao Beach just 30 metres away, enjoy barefoot strolls down to the beachfront restaurants and bars within easy reach. So whether you're looking to relax and unwind, sample the local Thai cuisine or sip cocktails as the sun sets over the Andaman Sea – this spot allows you to enjoy it all. 

With a restaurant, swimming pool and lounging area to enjoy, you'll have free access to the on-site amenities alongside your own private apartment on the third floor. 

Decorated in modern designs and hand-crafted finishing touches from Chiang Mai, the space presents ample room for up to five guests to base themselves comfortably. We particularly love the huge sunken bathtub in the main bathroom, which features a jacuzzi setting as well as a rainfall shower for the ultimate spa-like experience. 


Barefoot on the Beachfront

Tucked between swaying palms on Koh Samui’s northern coast, this comfortable apartment is well-suited for couples and families looking for a chilled-out, tropical escape. Mornings here begin with a gentle swim in one of two glittering pools or a gentle workout in the communal gym before treating yourself to an indulgent massage arranged by your helpful host. 

After a home-cooked brunch on your private terrace, retreat to your living space with a Thai iced tea in hand. Plan your day’s adventure from the comfort of your sofa and when you’re ready to explore, take the six-minute drive to the pristine sands of Choeng Mon Beach. Culture buffs should visit Big Buddha Temple, reached in eight minutes by car, as well as the charming Fisherman’s Village, a mere fifteen minutes from your home.

Sweet Frangipani

Although captivating in design, this home, in all its architectural wonder, will find it hard to compete with the views on offer here. Its hillside location in the north-eastern corner of Koh Samui offers a unique advantage of looking out over one of the breathtaking coral coves of this island, which means sparkling blue waters, hillsides, and rocky outcroppings for as far as the eye can see. But nature doesn’t just lie on the horizon here, this home is surrounded by natural boulders, palm trees, and fragrant foliage that almost gives the impression of living out in the wild. When you’re not surrounded by it outside, you’ll find many of the bedrooms open out onto private patios – and even when they don’t, the large glass windows that seem a staple at this home, almost invites the greenery in, never severing the connection with nature. 

Spend your days outside admiring the views and soaking up the sun from any one of the many terraces set up with relaxation in mind. When you’ve had your share of sunbathing, you can slip into the cool waters of the infinity pool and swim up to the edge to truly appreciate the tranquillity and beauty of the island. 

If you're in the mood to break a sweat, get your blood pumping with a workout in the full-size gym, complete with a boxing ring – perfect for those Muay Thai lessons. Fancy a more laid-back day? Book an at-home session in your very own massage room and feel the tension melt away.

Head out on boat trips or explore the temples and waterfalls scattered across the island. Zip line through the jungle or bungee jump, but even if you do nothing else, go diving so you can see the coral reefs up close. 

Make it back home in time for sunset and sit out on the covered terrace, with drinks in hand, as you recap the day’s adventures. Spend the rest of the evening in the games room or the private cinema, and when you finally retire after a soak in the jacuzzi tub, know you can do it all again the following day.

Crystal Over the Cove

Located just 600 metres away from Karon Beach, this elegant apartment offers not just convenient proximity to the local bars, restaurants and, of course, the beach's sandy shores – but an array of home luxuries too. 

From the sixth floor, you'll have luscious mountain views of the surrounding tropical greenery from the comfort of your terrace balcony. Enjoy a refreshing cold drink at the alfresco dining area, or put your feet up in the inviting living area where the floor-to-ceiling windows welcome an abundance of natural flowing daylight throughout the space. 

With shared amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, gym and restaurant on-site – you won't have to venture far for leisure activities. 

Tropic Thai 

On the coast of Phuket, where the sea is emerald green, the sand is pearly white, and the atmosphere is relaxed by day and buzzing by night, this home is an oasis of tranquil luxury. Set in a secured estate, you’ll be ensconced in privacy and peace here, while still being close to the action. Large glass windows bathe each room in soft natural light, so you can admire the lush native plant life growing outside. You’ll have a shady garden, as well as a stunning private pool to cool off in on those warm sunny days. Inside there’s plenty of room to relax together, with two cosy sitting rooms and an open plan living space downstairs. The main bedroom comes with a huge walk-in wardrobe, and a bathtub in the en suite to soak in after the day’s adventure. 

When you’re ready to venture out, a world of fun awaits. There’s a free shuttle bus from the estate that can take you to the gorgeous Layan Beach, the Xana beach club, as well as local restaurants serving delicious Thai food, and the shops alongside other local spots. If sunbathing isn’t your thing, practise your swing at the picturesque golf course next to the estate. After a day of exploring, come home and head up to the roof terrace, where you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy a cocktail while the sun sets in the distance. 

Villa Jasmine

Perched atop a forested hillside overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Thailand, this multi-layered villa offers a private tropical paradise in Koh Samui. Alfresco meals are a must – gather around the dining table and tuck into local delicacies while the cooling breeze rolls in off the sea. There are plenty of ways to wind down for the evening here, with a plush cinema set up and private in-room Jacuzzis making for magical nights in.

The Coral Cove

This light filled Patong pad is the perfect place from which to explore paradisal Phuket. But first things first, you’ll want to take the opportunity to make the most of all this home has to offer. Begin the day by taking your morning coffee out onto your private balcony for views of lush Thai greenery before heading down for a morning swim in the residents only infinity pool or getting your sweat on in the air-conditioned residents only gym. Hop into the large walk-in shower before whipping up something light to eat in preparation for a day at nearby Patong Beach. Simply sunbathe or if you’re feeling more adventurous try your hand at one of the many water sports on offer – parasailing and jet-skiing are the most popular choices. Alternatively, your home’s central location means that it’s very easy to live like a local and browse the area’s shops and street food markets or sample some of its many restaurants and bars.

In case you need to catch up on a little work during your stay, this home features private wi-fi while the desk in the bedroom is a laptop friendly workspace.


Paradise Pad

Gaze out at the perfectly turquoise Andaman Sea from the pool terrace of this luxury villa on Phuket island. Every indulgence has been thought of here, from the infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the beach to the sunken lounge that can be converted into a huge day bed. Then there’s the location. You’re right on the beachfront here, where the bone-white sand of Ao Yon slips into the crystal-clear sea. For a meal out or perhaps a trip to the aquarium, it’s less than ten minutes’ drive to Panwa Town, or head to the buzzing nightlife hub of Phuket Town, a twenty-minute drive away.
