Come nighttime, Bangla Road is the heart of Phuket's nightlife. You're just a ten-minute walk away from all the neon-lit action, or you can opt for one of the bars that line the beach.

That said, you'll have your own private terrace with sun loungers for getting that perfect holiday tan, and the sandy beach and glittering sea are close by for evening strolls

This studio apartment may be small but trust us – the tropical locale more than makes up for the size. You're only a ten-minute walk from the turquoise waters and soft white sand at Surin Beach, with a bevvy of seaside restaurants also within walking distance. If sun, surf and sensational Thai food are on your to-do list, we think you'll find this a prime spot.

Part of a buzzing complex with not one but three swimming pools (yes, three!), the long list of hotel-worthy amenities is also hard to resist. Get the day started with an energising workout in the on-site gym, then cool off with a dip in one of the pools.
