Polished marbled floors lead you to a luxurious living and dining room, six large bedrooms – four of which with en-suite bathrooms – and a master bedroom that opens up into the patio. Your host has gone the extra mile to accommodate all kinds of groups, with the option to split any super-king bed into generous twins, so you'll never have to compromise on personal space. Within the blissful confines of the boundaries, you can also admire mountain views and the breathtaking Arizona sunset as your day draws to a close. Or in a short drive from the estate, you’ll find hiking gems, golfing, shopping, fine dining and the neighbourhood bars and eateries of Old Town Scottsdale.

Living Large

This uniquely designed home is perfect for a family holiday or a fun getaway with friends. The outdoor space will be the hotspot for socialisation and spending time together, with a refreshing pool and unique decor. Inside the home, you'll find a cozy living room where you can stretch out on the sofa as you watch a movie on Disney+ with your loved ones or binge the latest series on Netflix. 

Tuck into hearty homecooked meals indoors by the window or dine alfresco in the garden under the sunset, washed down with a bottle of red – the seating area under the gazebo is a great spot to enjoy a margarita or glass of bubbly too. Challenge your loved ones to a golfing completion at the three-hole green found next to the dining table, followed by a snooze in the hammock.

Head out by car to the Scottsdale Quarter, a fantastic open-air shopping centre, including restaurants that serve up delicious global cuisine as well as a cinema where you watch the latest movie releases – you'll also find Rock Mountain Chocolate Factory, perfect for those who love sweet treats. If you're a fan of golf, there are a handful of courses within driving distance.

Crimson Art

This modern home in central Scottsdale is a resort-like base for those looking to make the most of all that the region has to offer. Spend lazy mornings around the pool and in the gardens practising your put while you plan the day's golfing adventure. If you're not one for the course, choose a spa experience in the area to indulge in. By the day’s end, the pool bums, desert hikers, kayakers, and golfers alike will gather back on the patio for a BBQ and a round of pool in the billiards room. If the desert chill sets in, congregate around the open fire in the living room; its reclaimed wood backdrop adding a shade of boho-chic. Sleep sound in sumptuous beds, and whoever gets the master suite can pack the walk-in wardrobe with all the gear necessary for hiking, golfing and hitting to town. 

The Gecko's Song

Oozing chic and endlessly cool interiors, Hitched is a fabulous home in the middle of Scottsdale. The three beautifully curated bedrooms welcome six guests, making it a great choice for a few friends or a family with kids. Recently remodelled, the appliances and finishes are all high-end here, so whether you want to treat yourself to a steam shower or simply cool off in the impeccable pool, there are wonderful opportunities to do so. Located just two miles from Old Town Scottsdale’s wonderful restaurants, boutique shops and exciting nightlife, staying at Hitched means getting plenty of relaxation and seclusion, while still being close to all the action.

Hitched

Looking for the ultimate getaway for a large family? This fabulous home in sunny Scottsdale has something to impress everyone - even the impossible to please. First up there's the kitchen. It has all the high-spec equipment you need to create a banquet, plus room for a head-chef, sous-chef and diligent vegetable peeler/washer-upper without squabbles breaking out. The open-plan living room is elegant space, with a large flat-screen TV and L-shaped sofa big enough for small army of popcorn munching movie-watchers. The bedrooms are all individually designed, and we particularly love the children's room with its comfy bunk beds, blue-and-white teepee and pastel-coloured bean bags. Out in the garden there's a good-sized turquoise pool, plenty of games equipment (including small, moveable football goals for pool footie), a roaring fire pit and wicker hanging egg chairs. And if you can tear yourself away, this home is in the heart of Scottsdale, and the bars, restaurants, shops plus Scottsdale baseball stadium are all a short drive away.

Old Town Funk

It wouldn't be doing this property justice to call it a "home" as it truly is so much more than that. Combining everything you'd find at a five-star hotel resort with the added bonus of having it all to yourselves – this one-of-a-kind villa offers the trip of a lifetime. Set in Scottsdale, guests can soak up the Arizona sunshine from almost anywhere on the property and beyond. With so many extravagant outdoor spaces to choose from, you certainly won't be short on things to do here. In fact, the problem may rest more with if you'll have enough time to try out all of the amenities on offer. Whether it's relaxing by the waterfall pool (with a water slide), unwinding in the jacuzzi or playing a game of tennis, foosball, ping pong, pickleball, basketball or mini-golf – you'll find something to enjoy before having even stepped foot inside. When you can tear yourself away from the glorious sunshine outside, prepare to be impressed by the impeccable soothing interiors which invite guests to relax in style through neutral colours and natural materials. With plenty of designated workspaces dotted around the home, you'll be able to balance work with play when staying here too. Once you've worked up an appetite, hire a private chef to come and cook for you in the state of the art kitchen – you'll have the choice of dining alfresco on the terrace or inside with a view of the garden from the formal dining area. Venture out to one of the many breathtaking and iconic Camelback trails in Scottsdale – Camelback mountain and Black Mountain are both around a thirty-minute drive away. With the Old Town, only fifteen minutes away and Downtown Phoenix, just twenty-five minutes away – lap up your own secluded slice of heaven without being too far away from the centre of town should you need it. 

Canyon Rock Resort

It's playtime all the time when you stay here, whether it be at one of the clubs and bars in Scottsdale's entertainment district (just a short stroll away), or in the home itself, with a pool table and cornhole set inviting you to start a tournament. With a striking marigold feature wall in the lounge and lime green stools at the breakfast bar, this spot doesn't take itself too seriously. The outdoor space is where it really shines – cool off in the glistening pool or float around on an inflatable while you soak up the scorching Scottsdale sun. When you're feeling peckish, fire up the grill for an alfresco feast. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to a number of courses, while nearby Camelback Mountain invites you to take on a challenging hike to admire the panoramic city views. 

King Pin

Choose to live the good life by staying in this Southwestern-inspired Scottsdale home. Built with family fun in mind and featuring a large pool that's heated at no extra cost, a patio with multiple chill out areas and an outdoor bar, everyone can pick their favourite spot to enjoy the Arizona sunshine. We picture ourselves relaxing on one of comfortable loungers for hours, before heading out to shop at Scottsdale Quarter or golf at the world-class Torrey Pines Course. Nominate the group's chef and have them fire up the barbecue for an evening grilling session under the stars. And if cooking is not on the cards, your hosts can arrange for a professional private chef and a butler instead – their five-star concierge service is always just a message or call away.

Cactus Garden

This Phoenix home has some serious swimming pool game. The pool is fed by seven waterfalls and has won awards for its design. Taking a dip or soaking in the integrated hot tub is like sliding into a pool in a magical grotto, uplit at night. The yard is set up for all kinds of fun and games, with beach volleyball (bring your own ball), a basketball court, cornhole and a ping pong table by the pergola-covered bar. A gas grill can fuel sports tournaments long into the evening and a fire pit and chiminea provide a little warmth on cool desert nights. Practice on the putting green before hitting the real thing – there are world-class golf courses within an easy drive this home (like Stone Creek and Paradise Valley). The games continue inside, where a pool table awaits in the huge open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. After the excitement of gameplay all day, the bedrooms are a soothing medley of grey and white with big, comfy beds. 

Game Face

You guessed it – this charming mid-century-inspired home used to be an architectural studio and was lovingly renovated by your hosts to create an immaculate space for a single traveller, cosy couple or a small family. With its own entrance, charming patio and private pool, you won't even notice that your hosts are right next door. Although if you need them, they'll be delighted to give you local tips and help you out in any way. Nestled in-between Phoenix and Scottsdale, you’re just ten minutes from Old Town Scottsdale with its vibrant nightlife and excellent restaurant choices, as well as Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens. Less than fifteen minutes in the opposite direction and you’ll find yourself in the excitement of downtown Phoenix. Whatever way you go, there's plenty to see and do.

The Architect Studio

A desert delight in the heart of Scottsdale, this home feels like a tall glass of water on a hot summer’s day. With its white walls and ambient lighting mixed with cool blues and greys, you’ll feel a sense of calm the moment you walk through the door. Comfortable and stylish, it has everything you could need for a stay in this city. The kitchen is small but fully kitted out, so you can cook in the evenings and choose to eat either around the smart dining table or out on the balcony. And if you're worried about missing out on the pool front, there are shared resort-like amenities on-site, including a swimming pool, hot tub, recreation room, and gym. Nature lovers will want to seek out the nearby Gateway Loop, Pinnacle Peak, and Lost Dog hiking trails, while golf enthusiasts can head straight for the nearby Continental course. With Scottsdale’s Old Town and Entertainment District offering countless shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, you’ll feel like a local in no time. 

Blue Palo Verde

Bright, open desert living beckons you at this family home in the centre of Scottsdale’s Old Town. Cook up some waffles to eat perched on the breakfast bar before heading outside to take in the canyon views or stroll into the heart of your neighbourhood. The desert climate is irresistible, so you’d be forgiven for wanting to spend most of your time in the yard, lounging around the pool, kicking back by the fire pit, and practicing your stroke on the putting green.  Situated on a quiet street not far from what’s considered “the South Beach of the desert,” all the shopping and night’s entertainment is just a walk from your front door. If you have some golfers in the mix, TPC Scottsdale is just a fifteen minute drive from the home. Back home in the evenings, gather and chat around the crackling fire.
