If you’re not hitting the building’s private gym, perhaps take a jog through Bedwell Bayfront Park, a five-minute walk away. With two levels of outdoor living areas, you can lap up the views from different angles without leaving the great outdoors. From here, you can also spot the sixteenth-hole of the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, which is surely worth a visit if you enjoy the game of golf. Spend your days swimming in any of the area’s magical lakes, enjoy exclusive skiing in colder months or just hang back at the home and relax with a great book and even better company. These all make it seem like an oasis in itself, so the fact that you have vast numbers of outdoor activities on your doorstep – from skiing to hiking, boating, golf, and more – leaves you spoiled for choice.

This impressive loft boasts a striking iron staircase, soaring ceilings and huge double-height windows for a space that feels elegant and industrial at the same time. Thanks to mid-century modern-inspired furnishings, there's a homey and comfortable feel that only makes us love this space more. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee as you gaze out at Santana Row before heading out for the day. In a popular part of town, there are great places to eat and drink just on your doorstep. Whether you’re in town for a business or pleasure, you’re well-positioned to easily get around. Silicon Valley, the bay and San Jose International Airport are all a short drive away and for those after a bit more action, both the beach and San Francisco are just an hour’s drive away.

It’s a lived-in family home and some of the rooms may appear a little messy, but it has plenty to keep you entertained.
