The open-plan living space offers more than enough room to stretch out, and the fully equipped kitchen combines nicely with the dining table next to the windows. The location is to be envied as well – not only are you seconds from Brokenbath Beach and the saltwater Sea Point Swimming Pool, but you can also easily reach Table Mountain (about thirty minutes by car) and the V&A Waterfront.

There are two lifts here. While the newer one is not affected by load shedding, the older one is. As only the older one can be used with luggage, you may need to carry yours up the stairs if the power is out during your arrival.
There is a generator here in case of load shedding. While it isn't applied to the kitchen appliances, the lights and plugs will work.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free on request.
The beds in the twin room are pushed together.
If you are driving, there is parking available in the garage here. It has a narrow entrance, with a height restriction of two metres. Larger cars will need to be parked at the public car park across the street.
