This apartment offers a great location in trendy Sea Point. From here, you're a ten-minute drive from the popular Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, while the V&A Waterfront is just over five minutes away by car. As if that wasn't enough, you're also ten minutes from Table Mountain – visible from the apartment building's communal terrace. Equipped with a rooftop pool and a barbecue, the terrace serves as a lovely spot to relax and take in your surroundings. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious for a studio and has been well-designed to maximise space. There's also a handy kitchen for preparing quick bites, though we recommend heading out for supper.
