The promenade's array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a short walk away, with the city's best beaches easily reachable by car. You'll also have access to the building's shared rooftop terrace and swimming pool, with views over Table Mountain – alternatively, for those after a more private spot, the flat's balcony is equipped with a barbecue for alfresco meals. The interiors are a little generic, but with the extra amenities, outside space, and excellent location, this pad is a great find.
