Perched within a mountain estate and built from natural materials, this house sits above Cape Town's Hout Bay valley with views stretching across the Orange Kloof Reserve and, from the deck, all the way to Table Mountain. A spring-fed eco pool, Scandinavian sauna, and ice plunge pool make the outdoor space restorative, while a mountain-top gazebo – reached via a scenic trail – is something few homes anywhere can match. Hout Bay Beach and Chapman's Peak Drive are both about a twelve-minute drive away when you're ready to leave the mountain behind.
