This villa on Turkey’s ‘sunshine coast’ is near the tourist hotspot of Fethiye, where you’ll find an atmospheric old town, a picturesque marina, and a choice of eateries. For days at the beach, you’re walking distance to Katranci and just a short drive from popular Karaot and Calis. While the home isn’t the most luxurious in our collection, we think you’ll love the views from the terrace and will enjoy splashing around in the private pool. Although the kitchenette is well equipped, it’s small for a family-sized villa so is better suited to preparing snacks and light bites than large meals – a great excuse to dine out in the evenings.

The main bedroom has an open-plan en-suite so you won’t have complete privacy.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
We think the kitchen here is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
