Located in trendy Mouille Point, this apartment offers ocean views from both of its two balconies, not to mention walls of windows from which to admire your beautiful surroundings. Double-height ceilings create a feeling of grandeur in the living area, and the dining area adjacent to the patio doors allows for celebratory meals while enjoying the salty breeze. The mezzanine bedroom is open to the downstairs living room so doesn’t offer as much privacy. But both rooms offer en-suite bathrooms making this a perfect pad for friends or family sharing. And the many nearby sights – including the Sea Point Promenade, Green Point Park and the V&A Waterfront – make it an ideal base from which to explore the city.
