This designer home has access to a communal pool deck and gym area, or spend time on your private balcony here with its views out over the neighbourhood. There are vistas from inside too, thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. One thing to note, there are stairs inside the apartment leading up to a mezzanine bedroom – this room is partially open to the living area downstairs, so lacks privacy. If that doesn’t put you off, this apartment has a great location. It’s within walking distance of attractions such as the Cape Town Stadium, the V&A Waterfront and lush Green Point Park. Or pop over to Clifton and Camps Bay, just a scenic ten to fifteen-minute drive away.
