You can’t get much better than this when it comes to views of Lake Maggiore. You’ll be high on a hill overlooking the water, and the private terrace is the best place to take it all in. Sit in the sun on the outdoor sofa facing the lake, or enjoy an afternoon drink at the table nearby. The terrace is also directly accessible from the main bedroom, so you can take in the view from the moment you wake up. Although there’s no in-unit washing machine here, the pros outweigh that particular con – you can bring your furry friend with you, and the picturesque lakeside town of Locarno is a ten-minute drive away.
