Zermatt is famous for more than just the Matterhorn (you know, the looming, craggy mountain peak emblazoned on every triangular tube of Toberleone). It’s also the glitziest ski resort in the Swiss mountains, with 360km of perfectly groomed pistes – and plenty of powdery off-piste, too.
