An interior of pinewood eaves, a chalet-style kitchen and lightwood flooring blend in with the evergreen forests that cloak the mountains outside, and there’s a comfortable murphy bed that can be pulled down in the living room for additional guests. Just outside the building, a cross-country ski trail takes you past stunning alpine vistas and in the town of Lenzerheide you’ll find a handful of ski lifts to whisk you up to the slopes – the closest being a ten-minute walk away. Part of a hotel complex (but totally self-contained), guests here have access to the outdoor thermal pool with its water fountains, a shared indoor swimming pool and the hotel’s boot and equipment room.
