It may be on the smaller side, but Belgium's coastline still packs plenty of delights. This includes the seaside town of Bredene where you'll find this modern apartment. On one side of the space, a huge glass door bathes the interior with ample amounts of natural light and also opens up to a balcony with enough room to sit out. Back inside, the furnishings and finishes are all contemporary in style, particularly the neutral colour scheme and the minimalist kitchen with a wealth of surface space for whipping up hearty dinners. If you find that you're never quite in the mood to cook, there's a good selection of cafes and restaurants running along the road outside the building. More importantly, however, you won't fail to notice just how close the beach is — we're talking five minutes' walk, if that.
