A twenty-minute stroll from the shores of Lake Lugano, this swish little apartment is perfect for a couple or solo traveller. The living area is set around an L-shape, so the dine-in kitchen feels separate from the sleeping quarters, despite it being a studio. Trinkets and object d’art on glass shelves add a touch of character. Come bedtime, a murphy bed transforms the living room into a bedroom. Within the building, you’ve got access to a gym, lounges and a communal working space. Exploring Lugano is easy on foot from your central location. A twenty-five-minute walk through the picture-perfect streets sees you at Piazza della Riforma for a bit of Swiss-Italian aperitvo in one of the pavement cafés. Stock up on fresh, local produce two days a week at the farmer’s market, a twenty-minute walk away.
