All the comforts of a self-catering apartment complex but with much more style than most, this home also boasts a great location, a shared pool and some pretty stunning views of the mountains. Set in De Waterkant, all the delights of Green Point are close at hand, with the V &A Waterfront just a stroll away and the hiking trails of Signal Hill within easy reach. Along with art galleries, restaurants, shopping and fitness centres practically on your doorstep, it's ideal if you're hoping to stay in the very heart of things. Colourful and eclectic, this home is freshly renovated, with modern decor, an open layout to the living space and internal stairs up to its bedrooms. There are some fun furnishings and wall art to give it all some character, and a little terrace area to sit out on with your cup of coffee. But it's the view from the master bedroom's Juliet balcony that really wowed us – just imagine gazing at the mountain across the treetops every morning.
