When it comes to apartment buildings, the penthouse is often seen as the most coveted floor, but those at ground level often have the better deal if there's outdoor space in the equation. Anybody coming to northern Israel to stay in this apartment will surely agree with this by the end of their stay. Slide open the glass doors and you're greeted with a private garden that stretches around both sides of the building, which features everything from alfresco seating and play equipment to an inflatable swimming pool in which to cool off during particularly warm afternoons. Add to that a view of palm trees and the Mediterranean Sea, and it's not hard to imagine hours being passed in this pleasant space. There's plenty to like about the home's interior, too.
