This lavish home in the upmarket neighbourhood of De Waterkant is breathtaking. Soft hues of rose and peach envelop the apartment, sweeping a sepia, dreamlike feel across this outstandingly decorated home. It's luxurious and modern, but the soft tones that run throughout the home keep it warm and comforting. But the standout features are the old stone brick walls and wood beamed ceilings, tying in a natural element to this super contemporary home. This home is the epitome of indoor/outdoor living, with large patio doors bringing you into the courtyard, which lies between the bedrooms and the living and kitchen area. We love how the wooden beams continue in the courtyard, which is so beautifully decorated that it barely feels like an outdoor area. Evenings spent here are particularly wonderful, enjoying candlelit meals and drinks around the outdoor dining table, before heading up to your rooftop to sip on wine and watch the city skyline sparkle against the dark. Of course, the rooftop is beautiful during the day too, with a small pool that's perfect for cooling off from the South African sun, but there's something about a skyline at night that feels extra special. Not only is this home incredibly stunning, but it's also in a great location. You're in the heart of De Waterkant, a vibrant neighbourhood teeming with coffee shops, art galleries, boutiques, bars, eateries, and more. It's the perfect blend between upmarket and trendy.
