This contemporary home was designed by a creative architect and features a large terrace stretching around half the apartment. Your host can provide free baby equipment and pets are welcome, making it an ideal choice for families. While there is the potential for some noise from other residents of the building, you'll have space to sit outside with an alfresco meal or drink and look out toward the glittering Lake Lugano. This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Pietro and Gaia are a delight - he’s a painter and responsible for a lot of the art on display, and she’s done all manner of things work-wise, and is a qualified architect and tailor. They own a handful of homes across Italy that they rent out and so are extremely experienced hosts. Though it might not always be them checking you in - they often use a lockbox system - they are always available via phone for their guests if they have any questions, great or small.
