You'll find this ultra-chic loft on a quiet side street in one of Cape Town's most desirable suburbs. Surrounded by sandy beaches, countless restaurants, and close to the popular Sea Point Promenade, this is a home that really does have it all. Split across two levels, this home is as comfy as it is contemporary. But in this case, it's what's on the outside that really counts. Slide open the patio doors, step out onto a private balcony, and be greeted with views over the rooftops. Bar-style seating makes for the perfect brunch spot by day, and cocktail spot by night, while the shared roof terrace complete with a swimming pool and barbecues is the place to try your hand at hosting a traditional South African braai. If you're keen to explore a little further afield, we'd recommend renting a car and heading to Table Mountain – whether you hike to the top or jump in one of the iconic cable cars is up to you, but the views once you get there are worth the climb. If you're seeking out some sun, sea and sand, world-famous beaches Clifton and Camps Bay are just a short drive away.
