In the affluent Cape Town suburb of Century City, this apartment would be perfect for a couples’ getaway or a business trip. Plush velvet furniture, smooth wooden floors and sleek modern amenities characterise the space. The bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom, as well as plenty of storage space. Step out onto the balcony to admire the sprawling view of Ratanga New Park, with its verdant native plant life and tall trees. Century City is home to the Canal Walk Shopping Centre, the largest shopping centre in Cape Town. Head there for a spot of retail therapy before enjoying lunch in the sunshine at one of the excellent restaurants in the area. The apartment is well suited to business trips as well as leisure, and the dining table doubles up as a desk in case you need to squeeze in some work. With a washing machine and a secure parking spot, it’s also perfect for longer stays. There’s no better city than Cape Town for spectacular views. When you’re ready to explore, head 12 kilometres into the centre of Cape Town, to Table Mountain National Park, and climb the mountain to see that iconic view. While bustling Camps Bay is the perfect spot for surfing and watersports, the beautiful, peaceful beaches to the north of Cape Town are a short drive from the apartment. After a day of swimming, hiking, and exploring, settle down together on the bottle green sofa for a hard earned movie.
