It’s in a wonderful location within walking distance of Green Point Park and Sea Point Promenade – when you crave the Great Outdoors, you needn’t travel far. Stunning beaches are a ten-minute drive away, as are the magnificent views from Table Mountain. If you’re in town for business, you’ll be glad to have your own workspace, and to be just a five-minute drive from the CBD and CTICC. After long days in the office or at the conference centre, it’s a delight to head up to the roof terrace for a dip in the shared swimming pool. Admire the ocean views as you dry off in the last of the day’s sunshine, and fire up the braai for an epic alfresco feast. Back in the apartment, you’ll love the comfortable lounge area and the open-plan kitchen.
