In the heart of Cape Town’s popular Green Point, you’ll find this modern apartment. It’s ideal for an escape to the city, whether you’re there for work or play. The apartment is just a five-minute drive from the CBD and the CTICC, so it’s a great base for business trips, but there’s plenty around for downtime too. We love being within walking distance of De Waterkant – the colourful homes and cobbled streets make a lovely backdrop for alfresco dining at the many restaurants. The apartment is in a newly built building, and boasts everything you might need for your stay. The bedroom opens out onto the balcony, so you can start each day with a breath of fresh air as you sip your coffee. The open-plan living and dining space is cosy and calm, ideal for unwinding after hectic days. The sliding glass balcony doors mean that this apartment has heaps of light – it’s a great home-from-home.
