This apartment can be found on Cape Town’s foreshore, an interesting district between the city centre and the port. It’s rich in local art and culture, and there are plenty of restaurants for when you fancy dining out. Add in the sea and mountain views, and you’ll see why it’s so well-liked. It’s not just the location that makes this home such an ideal Cape Town base, though. This bright, contemporary home is perfect for friends travelling together, as well as families. Within walking distance of the CTICC, it’s also great for business trips. There’s plenty of room so you won’t feel crowded, however you’re using the space. If you’re anything like us, you’ll open up the balcony doors and merge your indoor and outdoor spaces. Watch the activity of the docks as you drink your morning coffee, lounge on the sofa, or sit down to dinner. If that’s not enough fresh air for you, you’ll also have access to the shared rooftop terrace, its sun loungers and the swimming pool. Swim laps or splash about – just make sure you take a moment to take in the magnificent mountain views.
