Its immediate neighbourhood is on the gritty side, and you may be able to hear noise from the street from inside the home but it's a nice, well-priced base, with lots of natural light and high quality appliances.

Fabian, the host, is an architect from Berlin, and when you see the house, that makes a lot of sense. Palm Breeze has been designed in a wonderfully coherent manner, and clearly, with its eco-credentials in mind – there are solar panels on the roof, and the water is heated with geothermal energy.
