Top 20 Hancock Park, Los Angeles vacation rentals & luxury serviced apartments
Upscale and residential, this is a good neighbourhood for families who want a large property but want to be more centrally located than in places like Brentwood or Beverly Hills. Hancock was once one of LA's most prominent neighbourhoods, developed to house the executives and stars from the nearby movie studios. While most of the studios have moved to cheaper real estate, it's still a highly desirable neighbourhood and its history explains the large homes set on large plots on tree-lined streets. It's not the buzziest part of town and it's overall a pretty quiet neighbourhood but there are a few excellent places to eat here, and we particularly recommend Republique, one of the best restaurants in LA.
