Toluca Lake is a small, peaceful neighbourhood in the San Fernando Valley with a tight-knit community feel. Its mansions are home to families, retirees, as well as celebrities, on account of its proximity to movie and television studios. Many of these upscale homes have incredible views of the Santa Monica Mountains. When you want to relax you can hang out at the local lake where you can pootle about on a small boat or watch the swans.
