The epitome of industrial chic, Easy Breezy comes with raw, exposed concrete walls and huge windows for panoramic city views, any time of the day. For architecture connoisseurs, this is the dream – not only is it surrounded by many important housing developments of the 1980s, but much of the furniture is also custom made by the architect’s office that owns the building.

The Big Easy is managed by the architecture company that designed the entire building, as well as the living units. This studio apartment is decked out with custom-made furniture, exposed concrete walls, and industrial flooring, to create an artistic loft-like space.
