This single-storey villa is set within a wooded and residential beach area in the neighborhood of Cabo de la Nao and is a great choice for a romantic getaway. The decor is a little dated and basic but it has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable self-catered stay – and the mountain views are breathtaking. Take a dip in the large private pool, fire up the BBQ for lunch on the terrace, or bask in the Spanish sun on the furnished balcony. While you can explore the local area on foot, we recommend a car for ease – the coastal town of Javea is less than 5km from the villa and its port is well worth a visit.

There are two Blue Flag beaches within easy reach, and the historic old town is close too. The villa has a large terrace with an alfresco dining area and a beautiful private swimming pool. We love the traditional Spanish style of the villa, with its wooden beams, terracotta-tiled roofs, and rustic stonework.

Smack bang in the heart of delightful Dénia, this no-fuss apartment is perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for some rest and relaxation on the Costa Blanca. Inside, the place strikes a balance between comfort and function. There’s a compact kitchen equipped for quick meals and a quiet bedroom to ensure a peaceful sleep night after night. But it was the view that was our favourite part. We could’ve spent hours on that modular chair, watching the palm trees sway and the boats to and fro from the harbour, only breaking our gaze to open a bottle of Rioja as the sun sets. Spend mornings exploring your locale – you’re a ten-minute walk from the Dénia Castle and eighteen minutes from the Marineta Casiana Beach. If you’re feeling curious, take the twenty-minute drive to Parc Natural del Montgó for stunning hiking routes or catch the ferry from the port to the dazzling Balearic Islands.

Everyone will enjoy the swimming pool, while the covered terrace and sun-kissed sitting area are perfect for dinner and drinks in the coastal breeze. Sure, the design isn't the most modern, but there's a lot of room to spread out inside – not to mention it's kitted out with everything you need for a fuss-free stay. A car is a must here, as this home is located in the hills above the town. Still, it's just a short drive to Jávea's beaches, restaurants, and buzzing centre.

A ten-minute drive from the centre of Javea, this charming villa offers sun, relaxation and access to Spain’s beautiful Costa Blanca. Golf courses, horseriding and hiking in the hills are all on offer from your doorstep. While the furnishings aren’t the most modern – plastic chairs outside and a fairly sparse living area inside – the peaceful location is what drew us to this villa. Plus, the swimming pool is vast, there’s a charm to the living room with its traditional fireplace and the kitchen has everything you need for self-catering.

This seaside haven in the heart of Javea Port is our kind of heaven. Tucked away and yet mere moments from La Grava beach, this ground floor two-bedroom home is pure boho-beach chic. Featuring a lovely, light filled open plan kitchen cum dining and living room, courtesy of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open out onto a cosy courtyard, this artful home boasts both style and substance. Nods to the nautical meet whitewashed walls and windows shutters while brand spanking new cabinetry meets worn wooden furniture, woven basket lights and colourful framed prints. 

Undoubtedly the star of the show, however, is the interior courtyard, with its traditional Tosca stone walls and Spanish style tiled floor – the perfect relaxing retreat come morning, noon or night. You’ll love rising early to catch the sunrise before taking your morning coffee out into the courtyard. Host cook offs and gather around the dining table for sociable meal times or head out for hours of sun-baked fun at the beach before meandering along to one of the many local seaside cafes for fresh food and uninterrupted Mediterranean views.

We love the lawned gardens surrounding this family-friendly home – they boast superb sea and mountain views and include a large private pool and BBQ area too. While you can explore the local area on foot, we suggest a car for ease – Parc Natural del Montgó is less than 2km from the villa.

Set far enough back from Arenal beachfront to avoid the hustle and bustle, yet with the sandy shores a mere five-minute walk away, this apartment treats you to the best of both worlds. While the view from the private balcony is out onto the road and apartments opposite, you can still enjoy a peek of the sea. It’s also a nice spot for an evening glass of sangria. And if you need to cool off but don’t fancy the beach, the communal pool is just the ticket for a refreshing dip.

Just 5 kilometres from the sandy Playa s'Arenal and surf school, the outdoor hangouts don't have to stop at this home. There's a sprawling garden and a private pool to enjoy in your downtime. Overlooking the countryside, the upstairs terrace is the go-to dining spot. You won't have access to the unoccupied parts of this villa. But it's best suited to families of up to six, as long as one guest doesn't mind sleeping on a pull-out bed. With an open-hearth fireplace, cosy winter getaways are on the cards, too.

Fuss-free, homely and only a fifteen-minute walk from Arenal Beach, this apartment makes an ideal base for a family or close-knit group of friends looking to spend time on the Costa Blanca. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen and open plan dining cum living room complete with a ravishing red sofa and matching footstool, this two-bedroom home is family friendly and fuss free. 

You’ll love taking your morning coffee out onto the balcony before heading up to the rooftop for some good, old-fashioned R & R in the sun. Alternatively, start the day with a little cardio in the gym, followed by a sweat session in the sauna. In the afternoon, float about in the cool water of the communal pool. Or why not jump in the car and explore Spain’s southeastern coast? Head into Dénia for a trip back in time at the Archaeological Museum followed by a sunbathing session on the soft sands of Platja de les Marines.

If you fancy it, Arenal beach is less than a fifteen-minute drive away. But it won’t be long until you're back home on the terrace living the good life –  barbecue lit, glass of Priorat red in hand, watching the palm trees sway in the breeze.

This Adsubia home is just an eleven-minute drive from beaches like Platja del Portixol, but you don’t even need to go that far to relax in the water.

As soon as you arrive, it’s hard to ignore the huge private pool set on an elevated terrace, surrounded by an elegant balustrade. In these vast grounds, you can also wander through the lawns of your lush garden, where colourful native flowers climb stone walls and palms sway in the breeze.

If it gets too hot, sip chilled local wine under the shaded terrace. You might fancy a siesta in the bamboo dining chairs in the heat of the day, but as the evening chill sets in, the interiors are truly welcoming. A short walk from the apartment and you’ll find a selection of shops and restaurants, or for a stroll on sandy shores, Platja de l'Arenal beach is just 800 metres away.

Minimal and bright, this charming apartment invites you to experience Xàbia from your own calm retreat. You can unwind sumptuously from your private balcony – a prime spot to revitalise after a day exploring the town’s boutiques and eateries, just a short walk from your apartment.

This apartment’s calm and comfortable aesthetic has been thoughtfully designed to maximise your coastal break. The compact kitchen is kitted out for Mediterranean bites whilst the living space is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of Albariño – though we expect you’ll be most inclined to savour this from the armchairs on your terrace. Nothing will feel better than sinking into your sheets in your light-filled bedroom, french doors open, after a day soaking up the sun and swimming in the resort’s winding pool.

We love how well-positioned this apartment is. You’re just a short walk from the sands of Platja de l'Arenal – pick up a few delicacies and enjoy a picnic on the beach or sample the local cuisine from one of the town’s authentic sea-grazing tavernas.

Winding Waters

Boasting gorgeous views, a private pool, and space for alfresco dining, this villa guarantees a stylish stay. It's not suitable for young children due to the lack of fencing in the some of the outdoor areas and the pool, but there are ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms, and a double sofa bed for some extra flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. We highly recommend having a car here, but it's not far to drive into the centre of Jávea or the nearby golf course. Further away, you'll find spectacular days out in the bustling city of Alicante and its beautiful beaches.

Where Montgo Natural Park meets the marine reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni, you are truly in the heart of it all at this three-level mountain mansion here in Valencia. Panoramic views wrap around the whole villa, surrounding you with stunning scenery that stretches right from the valley down to the sea. From sofa seating on the balcony to pool loungers and cushioned benches down in the garden, there are no cheap seats here. Swap a view of the mountainside for proximity to the grand swimming pool, with plenty of spots to relax. With an outdoor shower, barbecue and multiple dining areas, you can spend your days basking in the Spanish sunshine. Local activities include golf at the local course, a surf-and-sailing school and tennis, as well as boat trips out to nearby islands. In the friendly tourist town of Dénia, enjoy the slow pace and siestas that make for the best summer holidays on the Mediterranean. Having said that, Ibiza also beckons – though you may want to limit your partying to the daylight hours, as it's a three-hour ferry trip away. Back on the mainland, hiking trails and mountain paths will satisfy those looking for a spot of adventure.

Situated in Jávea, you’ll be just five kilometres from sandy beaches and the Medieval streets of the old town. Situated high up in the hills, you’ll have plenty of peace, privacy and incredible views over the mountains and valley, but bear in mind that a car is necessary to reach the villa. Since this home is part of a complex of apartments, there may be some noise from neighbours – we suggest packing earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. With the sands of Platja de l'Arenal right on your doorstep, this is a perfect location for beach lovers.

In classic resort town style, you’ll find a disco, local eateries, and places to practice your salsa moves nearby. If you want to hole up and not leave the apartment, you'll find plenty to keep you entertained. From the flat-screen TV to the large garden and your very own private pool, there is every chance you'll stay put. After practicing your strokes in the pool, fire-up the barbecue for lunch on the shaded terrace. Feeling tired? The locals strongly believe in a siesta, and we can't agree with the concept more. This immaculately presented villa is made for family holidays close to the sea. The picturesque historic town of Javea, with its fine sandy shores and water sport action, is within five kilometres of the villa – as are those seafront restaurants and bars for an easy bite to eat. Back home, kids will love you for the lengthy swimming pool and lawns for a runabout. And you’ll all appreciate those shady terraces with views of the surrounding Montgo Mountain when it’s time to beat the heat. And there’s no need to tussle for the best room here – each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to those stylish verandas outside.

This sweet little Spanish apartment is ideal for a laid-back getaway with your loved ones. Bright and modern, you'll find everything you need here for an effortless stay. This home is ideally situated in Javea on the Costa Blanca, close to many beautiful sandy beaches where you can spend the day swimming and suntanning, as well as some friendly restaurants and pubs for you to explore.

White-pillared and glass-fronted, this spectacular villa juts out of the mountain like a princess-cut diamond on a gold band. Sharp lines and clean spaces characterise this modern home, from the cavernous living room with its all-cream furniture and UFO-shaped skylights to the bright bedrooms. Artwork, in stark contrast, is bold with huge colourful prints hung in each room. We won't be surprised if you miss all those details, however, as it's the views that will have you enraptured. Looking out over the Mediterranean ocean, the home has floor-to-ceiling windows for uninterrupted panoramas – from the master bed when you wake up to your mid-afternoon soak in the standalone bathtub. Head out for a closer inspection, with a blue infinity pool to make you feel like you're floating, while the upstairs balcony is unbeatable for watching the sunset.

Spicy Red

Not far from the golden sand beaches and secret coves of Costa Blanca, this home is a slice of serenity on the Spanish coast. Thick wooden oak beams, white arched walls, and pastoral paintings give the space a traditional feel. There are some quirky stylings too: the candy pink bathroom with its jet tub feels very 50s, as do the cream sofas in the large living space. There's oodles of space for groups, though we suspect most of your time will be spent outside. Nab your spot on a sun lounger by the long pool or wander through the verdant gardens to find a stone pergola – perfect for siestas. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance, but with such a peaceful location, we prefer to stock up on local goodies and feast while seated on the wrought-iron furniture back at the home.

Palms Reach

The sunny Costa Blanca will feel even more magical when you stay at this whitewashed villa. Nestled in the residential area of Pinosol and surrounded by palm trees, the characterful home is equipped with a large private pool, serene garden and comfortable, air-conditioned interiors. Whether you're cooling off in the living room or soaking up the heat by the pool, there's plenty to appreciate in this corner of paradise.

You can reach the famously beautiful coastline in a little under ten minutes. Start at Jávea's historic centre, filling up on freshly-prepared seafood, then wind your way down south to discover other-worldly beaches and hidden coves. Return at the end of each day to your tranquil home, where you can watch the sun go down as you sip sangria on the terrace.
