Nestled in one of Ibiza's quieter pockets, this whitewashed villa is a masterclass in boho chic. We love that this home feels both stylish and fun – just like Ibiza itself. As the sun goes down, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the island of Formentera and the golf course from one of multiple terraces – or simply lounge by the pool and top up your tan. In the evening, pull up an Eames-style chair in the kitchen while the chef of the group prepares an Ibizan feast. As the sun goes down, gather for an alfresco meal on the terrace, choosing your favourite chill-out playlist on the sound system.

The main house has two bedrooms, while the principal suite is on the top floor with a large terrace and more incredible vistas. The modern kitchen has plenty of room for food prep with its 4-metre-long island. And for six days a week, you won’t have to worry about preparing breakfast as a private chef will take care of that. Another highlight of this home is its cinema room and when you want a day at the beach, Cala Carbo is just a short stroll away.

Parts of this historic property date back 600 years, making it a truly unique place to base yourself during your island holidays. Situated in the heart of Ibiza, you’ll need a car to reach the beaches, with the nearest one approximately fifteen minutes away. What you’ll get in exchange is peace and tranquillity, as well as proximity to the picturesque town of Santa Gertrudis. The home is set amidst a huge private garden, and you’ll also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and plenty of spaces for sunbathing and alfresco dining. There are two kitchens here, including one situated semi-outdoors, perfect for family barbecues. We do love this villa’s rustic and vintage feel, but if you’re looking for a sleek, modern design, this may not be the right choice for you. 

The Palm Tree Breeze

There's no denying that The White Isle is a gorgeous destination, and this villa is pretty easy on the eyes. Built with the traditional Ibiza style in mind, the exterior is white as sugar against the rich green of the surrounding countryside and panoramic vistas of the Morna Valley. Indoors is all about living in luxury, with plush king-size beds and glossy en-suites in each bedroom as well as an open-plan living space that honours the breezy style fincas are known for. 

That said, you'll likely spend most of your time in the garden, basking in the endless sunshine. There's a glittering pool where you can enjoy afternoon swims and midnight dips under the stars and so many sun-kissed lounging areas it's hard to know where to start. We can easily picture ourselves lounging on the daybed with a good book, sipping sangria before dinner in the covered dining area and whipping up tapas in the summer kitchen to enjoy as the sun goes down – sounds pretty dreamy, if we do say so ourselves.

While this is a quiet rural location, you're just a ten-minute drive from Santa Eulalia and twenty minutes from Ibiza Town. Explore the island's beaches and secret coves by day – our favourites are Aigües Blanques and Cala de Sant Vicent, both twenty minutes by car – and enjoy the lively atmosphere by night. We think this is White Isle living at its finest.

Another highlight is the living space with its double-height ceiling and the fun bohemian mezzanine lounge. We love the main suite as well with its large bathroom, fireplace and two terraces. The location is great too – the village of Es Cubells is just a short stroll away.

The Ibicencan Dream

Newly renovated for summer 2021, this Grecian-style villa is worthy of a champion. It feels fresh, yet respects its original architectural features: stroll through stone archways, dine beneath twisted wooden beams, and sink into the retro, 1970’s style conversation pit in the living room. Outside, there’s a pool that would impress even an Olympian, a jacuzzi, and a sauna to soothe sore muscles – and does it really matter if you got them from swimming laps or simply from a day on the sun lounger? With a short drive to some of Ibiza’s incredible beaches, and a view to write home about, we would have no problem awarding this home a gold medal.


Breakout Star

This light, bright finca makes an ideal Ibizan retreat. Set within seven acres of forest, ancient trees surround you as you while away the day on a sunny poolside lounger. Kids can frolic on the lawn or splash in the heated saltwater pool. Cool off in the outdoor shower before firing up the barbecue in the evening for dinner under the stars. Interiors have an eclectic yet unmistakably Ibizan feel; books adorn the shelves and trendy, interesting art hangs on every wall. The kitchen is well kitted out, but there are chefs available for hire if cooking’s not your thing. Head to the lounge to chill in front of the Apple TV. Bedroom-wise, all are excellent options – but bag yourself the top-floor master bedroom with en-suite and private roof terrace if you can. Your closest beach is Santa Eulalia (5 km), where the sea is calm and clear blue. The shops and cafes of Ibiza Town are a short drive away. With a home like this though, you’d be forgiven for opting to stay in. 

Forest Retreat

This villa is what Ibiza is all about – think sweeping sea views, contemporary decor, and all the must-haves to relax in style. Of course, we have to start with the outside space. There's a private pool, a Jacuzzi, and a roof terrace where you can watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Inside, we're big fans of the breezy living space and the fact that cleaning is included (if that's not hassle-free, we don't know what is). Some beds can be converted into singles, so it's perfect for friends, couples, and families alike. As for location, Playa de Talamanca is a fifteen-minute stroll away, while Ibiza Town is less than 2 kilometres by car.

Balearic Elegance

Just a five-minute drive from Ibiza Town’s buzzing centre, yet secluded enough to fully immerse yourself in peace and relaxation, this villa is a vision of white against a backdrop of rolling, pine-covered hills. Inside, the modern living room’s cream-coloured palette is delicately offset by pops of blue and red, with abstract art and an open fireplace adding to the minimalist, sophisticated feel. With its open-plan layout, this is the ideal space for socialising and letting the balmy breeze flow through from the large patio doors that open out to the pool. Stake your claim on a sun lounger, jump into the swimming pool’s cool waters, and relish your lush, green surroundings dotted with vibrant flowers in bloom. When the sun gets too hot, retreat with a good book to the quiet seating area beneath the pink bougainvillea. When sea and sand are the order of the day, Talamanca Beach is less than a ten-minute walk away. At night, go out and sample Ibiza’s famous nightlife or watch the revelry from a scenic distance with an alfresco feast at home.
