Thoughtfully restored to honour its heritage, there’s a wonderful sense of tradition here but it’s also styled to bring comfort and ease to your stay. And whether you’re relaxing by the pool or gazing across the rooftop views, there’s a quality of ease and openness to this home that makes you want to settle in and stay. 

From the stylish living space to the atmospheric courtyard, this home really captures the warmth and depth of Spanish living – it’s the perfect setting for intimate gatherings. And when you’re ready to explore beyond this peaceful sanctuary, Alcùdia Beach is just a ten–minute drive away, while the old walled town is on your doorstep. There are some lovely local restaurants and bars here, as well as a vibrant weekly market where you can buy fresh local produce.

The Rose Sky

Bright and breezy, this modern villa sits in a prime spot on Mallorca's eastern coast. Just a short drive away lies Porto Cristo, with the rocky beaches of Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia also within easy reach. What initially caught our eye here were the sea views – best enjoyed from the terrace, balcony and two of the bedrooms – but we're equally impressed by the sleek interiors. Inside, there's plenty of space to spread out and unwind away from the island's endless sunshine. Although, if you ask us, the best spot of all to chill out is the small private pool, fitted with whirlpool jets for extra relaxation.

The Balearic Villa

Nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, this traditional stone house offers plenty of character and charm in a beautiful location. Wander through the historic alleys of Deià, dine in local restaurants and discover the artistic spirit of this coastal village. And when you’re ready to switch off and unwind, this home delivers the perfect solution. There is a private terrace sheltered by trees – perfect for lazy afternoons. Inside, the rooms are simple, rustic and well-suited to families. It’s worth noting there is no air conditioning or heating here, but fans are provided and there is a fire for the winter season. 


Dancing Sun Light 

With marina views and modern decor, this bright apartment in the resort town of Portocolom is an ideal base for those looking for a slice of the Mallorcan good life. 

Slide open the open-plan living area’s glass doors and step out onto the private balcony – the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sundowner while watching the yachts sail in and out of the marina. This is also the ideal place to tuck into some homemade tapas treats cooked up in the sleek kitchen, or alternatively, gather around the living area’s dining table for a celebratory feast to the gentle sound of the waves just outside. 

The three pared-back bedrooms are wonderfully comfortable and the main bedroom gives you further access to the balcony. Factor in the luxurious bathrooms and you’ve got everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing stay. 

Outside of your home, walk along the seafront just outside and explore the many restaurants lining the water’s edge. You’re also a five-minute drive (or a twenty-five minute walk) from sandy Cala Marçal, while Arenal de Ases beach is a twenty-minute stroll from your door. 


Mediterranean Muse

There’s a simplicity to island life in Mallorca that we love. And this home, located in the heart of Port d’Alcudia is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the best of Mediterranean living.

With beautiful views across the bay, this apartment is filled with light and warmth. It feels uplifting here. And whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or enjoying a siesta in the bedroom, the elegant styling of this home makes it easy to relax. 

Follow the views down to the beach – just a short walk from the door. There are some wonderful restaurants and bars along this coastline, as well as shops for all the amenities you could need during your stay. You can also walk to the Roman ruins of Pollentia – just twenty–minutes away. 

Whether you’re cycling along the promenade, hiking or enjoying the bliss of doing nothing, this apartment is a wonderful place to soak in the magic of Mallorca. 

The Lemon Light

Festooned with tumbling bougainvillea and glowing from top-to-toe in crisp white, this recently renovated home is everything you want your Mallorcan retreat to be. And locations don't get much better either. You can be swimming off the sandy shores of Cala Millor or mooching along its seafront promenade bustling with restaurants and bars in just an eight-minute stroll.

Though you might find all you need back at home. Perfectly geared to alfresco living, sunny mornings call for lazy breakfasts on one of the two furnished outdoor terraces before a cool dip in the pool. And if you think the garden looks pretty now – wait till you see the festoon lights flicker on at night. It's a magical place to spend evenings with sundowners and a barbecue.

When it's time to beat the heat, there are heaps of activities to keep everyone happy indoors. A games cabinet stacked with toys and a games console should keep the kids (and big kids) busy or crash out with a movie in the cosy living area. 

Well suited for friends or family sharing – bedrooms are spaced out over two floors to give guests that extra bit of privacy and united by the same pared-back and calming palette. We don't know about you, but it all sounds pretty dreamy to us.

In the Night Garden

This delightful haven is located in Son Bauló, a friendly and serene urbanisation within Can Picafort. Start the day with a visit to Can Picafort, a delightfully vibrant spot with everything you'd expect to find on an active beach holiday - and it wouldn't be a complete holiday without grabbing an ice cream to cool you down from the hot sunshine. 

Return home after a long day at the beach, possibly snorkelling, surfing, or kayaking in the crystal clear blue water - your home is waiting for you with a cosy yet elegant feel. Enjoy the beautifully designed garden that wraps around the house, creating a calming but entertaining environment for you to enjoy to the fullest by watching the sunset with a glass of good wine and using the barbecue on the patio, ready for some sizzling.  Imagine endless days sipping lemonade while lounging in the pool and afternoon siestas on sun loungers, wouldn't that be nice?

Gaze Into Cyan

This dreamy Finca is in a peaceful location surrounded by nature. Fringing the beautiful coastal town of Son Severa, it's the perfect base for exploring Majorca. Here, you'll fall in love with the island's natural beauty. Set on a verdant canvas of lush, landscaped gardens and bordered by shrubs and trees, this home guarantees privacy in a serene rural location. 

Inside, sunlight floods the space. Airy rooms boast tall ceilings with striking wooden beams, encompassing the rustic-chic design that runs throughout. We love the glorious, open-plan kitchen and lounge, adorned with artwork and ceramics. A large dining table sits in the heart of the space, beckoning you to gather here often for home-cooked feasts, lovingly prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. With two bedrooms, each offering access to the garden via timber-framed double doors, there's space for four guests. From every room, underfloor heating ensures chilly nights are always cosy, while large windows offer stunning views of the lush surroundings.

In the mornings, step outside with your cup of coffee and soak up the soft early sunlight. Here, the swimming pool takes centre stage, offering a sparkling oasis from the Meditteranean heat. A shaded patio with an additional dining table adjoins the kitchen. When paired with the outdoor barbecue, it's the perfect spot for alfresco dining. If you can tear yourself away from this home, the golden sands of Platja des Port Vella and Bona Beach are less than a five-minute drive away.

Cariño

With its mountain views and vibrant garden setting, there’s a feeling of vitality and freshness that flows throughout this Mallorca home. 

Located just outside the charming town of Campanet, it's the perfect setting to experience the magic of island living. Inside, the interiors are rustic and simple with traditional features that add character and depth. It's a dynamic space made for socialising and enjoying gatherings around the table or outside by the pool. But it’s also a wonderful place to retreat with a book and simply savour the quiet beauty of this location. 

You could easily spend your days relaxing here or pack a bag and make the short drive to the white sandy beach of Platja de Muro – only twenty–five minutes away. And for a taste of art and culture, Palma is just a thirty–minute drive away. 

As the sun sets across the mountains, you’ll love gathering on the terrace for early evening drinks. Light the barbecue and enjoy the simple pleasures of this stylish home. 

The Almond Tree

This recently renovated 19th-century finca is the Mallorcan dream. Take in the vistas of the golden fields of Sant Joan from the terrace while you lounge by the emerald green pool. Later in the day, relax in the hammock, then enjoy a barbecue at sunset as the old mellow stone walls radiate their heat. Inside, we love the traditional features, such as exposed stone, wooden beams and terracotta tiled floors. 

If you fancy exploring, the town of Sant Joan is a five-minute drive, while the long, white sandy beach of Playa de Muro, popular with families, is just over thirty minutes in the car. Stylish Palma, on the other hand, is just over a forty-minute ride away, where you'll find an array of fine-dining spots and cool art galleries, as well as its honey-coloured Gothic cathedral.


Emerald Waters

Modern minimalism meets classic charm at this stylish apartment, based in the heart of Campanet in Mallorca. You’ll be perfectly located for easy access to the stunning Campanet Caves, as well as just a short drive from the gorgeous coastline, where you can find clear blue sea and pure white sand.

We love this home’s interior design – the colour scheme invokes a real sense of calm, with neutral colours and natural wooden tones running through each room, paired with contemporary and chic furniture.
